Dreaming and inspiring people to dream are not small task. With the massive growth of television channels in Bangladesh, visualizing and producing various types of programs has become a great channel for people involved with this media. Tanif Mahmud is possibly of the most prominent names in today's Bangladesh, who has been very successfully producing number of popular shows such as: Tarokalap [Daily LIVE show – 1035 episodes already crossed], Very Filmy [Film based live interactive weekly show – 100 episodes already crossed], Tomar Jonno Amar E Gaan [Live musical program weekly episodes 110 continuing], Ghure Darao Bangladesh (Live musical program weekly episode 10 continuing and Jege Achho ki [Live interactive weekly show episode number 120 continuing] etc. Tanif gives emphasis on creativity and presenting programs of newer concepts to the viewers. He already has organized a small team of "dreamers", who are continuously researching on various types of program concepts to present best of the best to television viewers in the country. In an interview he said, "With the growth of television channels in the country, innovation and creativity in program ideas is of extreme importance. Viewers want something new, and that makes the task of a program producer really tough. On the other hand, running LIVE programs on the television channels are tougher and more challenging." How most of the programs produced by him has become popular according to TRP ratings, Tanif Mahmud said, "We always gives fullest dedication and concentration on each of the programs. Thanks to the viewers for adding those programs in the favourite list. Hopefully, we are being able to give something new in the concept of the programs, and that brings the popularity." In response to a question as to how the better technology can be used in Bangladeshi TV programs, Tanif Mahmud said, it is a continuous process. We are learning from every day's experience. On the other hand, it is also important for us to exchange ideas as well as learn sophisticated technologies used by foreign channels in Asia, America and Europe.
