Despite the fact of visibly end of 42-year old era of Muammar Al Gaddafi in Libya, it is still not clear if he still is hiding inside his own country, or already made an exit to some country abroad cheating the eyes of rebels and their foreign allies. Has the Libyan nation finally been liberated from the Gaddafi autocracy, replying to this question, professor of law at Dhaka University in Bangladesh, Dr. Asif Nazrul, who also is an eminent political analyst told Matiur Rahman Chowdhury, anchor of a television show, "I am still confused if the Libyan have shifted from the grips of a local fascist to the syndicate of international fascists." Funds started transferring: A number of nations are already expressing willingness in according exile to Muammar Gaddafi, and it is anticipated that, finally he may land at any of these countries. Meanwhile, at least a dozen of close financial aides of the Libyan dictator have started secretly shifting his funds in the Western countries to a number of other nations, to avoid such huge funds being frozen. Following the fall of Gaddafi in Libya, numbers of Arab rulers have also started shifting their private funds worth billions of dollars from various Western countries, including United States. A significant portion of such fund may enter various investment projects in China, Myanmar, India, Malaysia and Indonesia. Mostly funds are being shifted to nations, which are not government under dictation of the Western leadership. Some of the aides or financial agents of the billionaire dictators are also searching scopes for making "silent investments" in media, both print and electronic, which they believe would be helpful at the crucial times. During the last three months, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi also desperately tried to buy shares in a number of television channels in Asia, as well as reportedly contacted an Asian business tycoon, who owns a large telecommunication company, with a billions dollar investment proposal. He also contacted, front-ranking leaders of Libyan Brotherhood Association in many nations to locate "appropriate fields" for investing amount "at the quickest possible time." There are hundreds of enterprises in a number of Asian countries, where the dictators can safely put their ill-earned money, which possibly will never come under the radar of any international community. Moreover, by investing money in the West, the dictators face double risk, one is of getting frozen at any time, while the profit margin is also extremely meager. On the other hand, such secret funds can easily generate 8-10 percent annual profit in a number of Asian nations, where industrial growth is at the peak. Commenting on this, an investment specialist in India said, "Myanmar is possibly one of the best destinations for such hidden fund, where it can be easily and safely invested, without any hassle created by the government. China, India, Pakistan and a number of Asian nations are also no less attractive for investing such money. Nigerian Scam Racket: When Gaddafi's fate and location is totally unknown, some Nigerian racket have already started sending thousands of scam mails, pretending to be Gaddafi's daughter, with the request of transferring "secret fund". Most of the scam mailers are making requests for transferring money, amounting in between US$ 7-10 million, which certainly becoming a matter of laughter to many, as Nigerian rackets are infamous of sending such scam mails with numerous excuses on a regular basis. It may be mentioned here that, Nigerian rackets are using thousands of email addresses on Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail mostly. But, in recent months, almost 90 percent of the Nigerian scammers are using Yahoo and in some cases, are even sending emails to Yahoo users, pretending to be Yahoo maintenance team. Yahoo though has options for the users of putting such scam mails as 'SPAM', there is no effective system adopted by Yahoo or even Gmail, through which the users can report such scam mails directly to these large search engines. Gaddafi kid and his concubine: Western media are continuing to publish stories of fabulous lifestyle of children of Muammar Gaddafi. In one such story, a former concubine of Saadi Gaddafi said, he was spending US$ 200 million a year on private jets, luxury hotels, supercars, lap-dancers, jewels and designer clothes. Bulgarian girl Dafinka Mircheva [Nikki] met Saadi Gaddafi when she was 21 at the Pink Paradise club in Paris. Remembering her six years with Saadi, she said: "Money was no object to him. He would always have a black suitcase stuffed with thousands of banknotes. If he ran out, he would call the embassy and they would have more delivered to his hotel." Dafinka Mircheva was born to modest parents, a glass-maker and civil servant, in communist Bulgaria. At the first meeting, Saadi Gaddafi agreed to pay Nikki US$ 1,500-an-hour to talk to her in a private room – but he never asked her to undress. In Paris, Saadi Gaddafi used to hire two black limousines and a team of bodyguards. He would book a suite at the US$ 4,000-a-night at George V or Plaza Athenee hotels. On the first date with Dafinka Mircheva, Gaddafi's son paid her US$ 60,000 from an account in the British Virgin Islands. Later he also bought her a US$ 30,000 Audemars Piguet watch. Saadi Gaddafi bought her US$ 30,000 designer dresses and spent US$15,000 on dinner at Raspoutine, a Russian restaurant in Paris. "Saadi never worried about bills. One of his private staffs always used to pay the bills on his behalf" Nikki said. Mircheva says he began a prolonged pursuit of her after that first meeting in 2004 – lavishing her with gifts and proposals of marriage – despite having a wife, the daughter of a commander in the Libyan military. After she finally agreed to date him, Dafinka says Saadi paid US$ 800,000 for her favorite pop group, The Pussycat Dolls, to perform for her at his birthday party in Cannes in the South of France. She even made him help secure the release of six Bulgarian nurses being held in Libya, accused of plotting to infect 400 children with HIV. Meanwhile, Gaddafi's second son, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi is believed to be owning properties and business worth US$ 1 billion in Australia. In 2006 he bought million-dollar apartments in "the Toaster" at Circular Quay and several three-bedroom units in the Kent Street apartments.
