Fake UK "film producer" seeking Bangla girls

His real name is Sirajul Mirza Shayf aka Syful Alam and in Facebook his name is Shayf A Mirza, who claims to be the 'MD' [Managing Director of 'TRANSPORTER', a company claimed to be registered in United Kingdom. This man, pretending to be a millionaire and a "powerful" individual, claims to have contacted Bangladeshi film director Montazur Rahman Akbar and almost finalized a contract with him to direct a "UK-Bangladesh joint venture movie", being financed by the company of Sirajul Mirza Shayf aka Syful Alam aka Shayf A Mirza. This man, pretending to be a film producer is already trying to trap local girls in Bangladesh and giving them the hope of casting in his so-called movie etc.

Though he claimed to have registered his film company in United Kingdom, in reality, there is no such evidence of any such registration. This man may be making such false stories with the ulterior motive of trapping the local females into his trap and finally abuse those females in multiple ways.

On January 08, 2012, this Syful Alam came online with the editor of Weekly Blitz using the Facebook ID Shayf A Mirza and continued the following conversation, wherefrom his dubious nature is evidently proved:

Shayf Mirza: "Salam. Can I chat U for bit"

Blitz Editor: Yes

Shayf Mirza: "Thanks for reply. Apne to editor?" [You are editor?]

Blitz Editor: Yep

Shayf Mirza: "Akber vai er sate ami ekta filme banachi..eta big budget movi.. Shoting hobe London.. Amader ekta charming face actress kujshi..Apne jodi ekta news korte paren.." [Making a big budget movie with brother Akber [Montazur Rahman Akbar]. Shooting will be in London. We are looking for a charming face actress. If you can make a news!

Blitz Editor: What is the name of the production house?

Shayf Mirza: "Transporter UK. Ami lead rooll e thakbo" [Transporter UK. I will play the lead role].

Blitz Editor: My meaning is, what is the name of the production company in Bangladesh? What is the name of your production house. What is the name of the movie? Have you signed agreement with Montazur Rahman Akbar?

Shayf Mirza: "It's London base production company..It's Ma new project..Bd drt akber production er sate m working as a pernership." [It is a London based company. Its my new project. Bangladeshi director Akbar is with the production and I am working as a partner.

Blitz Editor: Do you have agreement with Mr. Montazur Rahman Akbar? What is the name of the film?

Shayf Mirza: "M owning car hire farm call Transporter..That's ya Ma production house name will b Transporter movies uk. Filme name ekon o tik korini [Film name not yet finalized]". [I am owning car hire farm named Transporter. That's why my production house name will be Transporter Movies, UK. Film name not yet finalized.]

Blitz Editor: So you don't have the movie company yet. Right? Film name not yet finalized. Have you signed agreement with the director?

Shayf Mirza: "Ji Akber bai ekdoroner final amar jonno. No m a new comer on this project." [Yes, brother Akbar is finalized from my end. I am a newcomer in this project].

Blitz Editor: Then you first get your company registered. Get the film name enlisted. Sign agreement with the director. Then take permission from Bangladesh Film Director's Association about the name of the movie. Then is news. I know Mr. Montazur Rahman Akbar for many years. I will ask him about your film. Then we can make the news. No problem! I will help you once you complete all formalities.

Shayf Mirza: "I new it. All paper ready within 1 week." [I know it. All papers will be ready within a week].

Blitz Editor: Searching actress is far away from now. First finalize the name of the movie and script, sign agreement with the director and complete the registration. All paper cant be ready in a week.

Shayf Mirza: "Script ready."

Blitz Editor: You have to have your company registered in Bangladesh. Or you have to have a local film company, which is enlisted with Bangladesh Film Producers and Distributors Association. Who wrote the script?

Shayf Mirza: "Just wetting for register Ma production house in Bd. It's reg for uk already." [Just waiting for registration of my production house in Bangladesh. It is registered in United Kingdom already].

Blitz Editor: Have you applied with BFPDA [Bangladesh Film Producers and Distributors Association]? UK registration is not enough in Bangladesh. Film companies must be registered with BFPDA. Otherwise, you need to have agreement of joint venture with a local company.

Shayf Mirza: "For BD I need a just week…Evrythin mony n power." [For Bangladesh, I need just a week. Everything [can be done] by money and power].

Blitz Editor: True!

Shayf Mirza: "I will b thare end of Jan" [I will be there during end of January].

Blitz Editor: Great. Then ask Mr. Montazur Rahman Akbar to contact me. He knows me very well. I will make the news once you have finalized everything. Getting actors is no big deal for Mr. Akbar. He knows many new actresses.

Shayf Mirza: "I dont nedd to ask him for contact u..I knw wat I need to do". [I don't need to ask him to contact you. I know what I need to do].

Blitz Editor: Don't ask. That is up to you.

Shayf Mirza: "U don't me sir aswel." [we failed to understand what he wanted to say in this sentence, though in the entire conversation, he seems to be totally half-educated].

Blitz Editor: I did not get what you say.

Shayf Mirza: "Ask him abt me…Thanks for yur advise. Check mext wek Bd news papers. Ma production name will be thare" [Ask him about me. Thanks for your advice. Check Bangladeshi newspapers next week. My production's name will be there].

Blitz Editor: Good.

Shayf Mirza: "Brav..U editor web base mews ok…Just tel me ur price n make news for me..If u don't know me den why u showing me u knw everything bolaks advise eat for. Just tel me howmuch u charge." [Bravo you editor of web based newspaper. Tell me your price and make the news for me. If you don't know me then why you are showing me of knowing everything. Just tell me how much you charge].

Blitz Editor: Look, this is not web based newspaper. This is print and online both. Why shall I charge you? We don't charge for news. And if you don't know English, speak in Bangla. Your English is wrong. Copy of this conversation is saved.

Shayf Mirza: "News its kind of business sir...I was asking u promot ma production house..Nothing else." [News is a kind of business, sir! I was asking you to promote my production house. Nothing else!].

Blitz Editor: I never said we shall not publish your news. But, what I said, we can't publish news about your search for actress, unless you are legitimate and registered. And we don't live on selling news. You are British cine production house, so I am sure, UK papers will publish you.

Shayf Mirza: "If u not a interested then fine...M making filme for both country." [If you are not interested, then its fine! I am making film for both the countries].

Blitz Editor: Good. Congrats!

Shayf Mirza: "M gointo register Ma production house this month..dats not a big deal for me..searching actress coz I wANna make it easy.." [I am going to register my production house this month. That's not a big deal for me. Searching actress, because I want to make it easy].

Blitz Editor: Unless company is registered, you cannot search actresses. Because many people come and pretend to be film producers, search girls and finally spoil their lives and disappear.

Shayf Mirza: "If I nedd gairl for pleasure den I don't need to go Bd for searching..Wats wriong hare." [If I need a girl for pleasure, then I don't need to go to Bangladesh to search. What wrong here].

Blitz Editor: Yes, you can get girls for pleasure, that is your persona matter. And we know, you are making the pretention of a film producer and looking for actress, just with the motive of having FUN with them. Send us your registration documents of you business enterprise, the TRANSPORTER and also prove us your legitimacy of producing a film. If we do not hear from you, we shall treat your silence as sign of fraud.

Onwards, this Shayf Mirza aka Syful Alam started giving threats of legal consequence, if Blitz would publish news using the contents of this conversation. It was further learnt that, with the pretention of being a future film producer, this man has already established connection with a number of local female models and actors through Facebook along with several cine journalists, music directors, singers etc. He also claims to be an activist of the Labor Party in Britain and has no contact address whatsoever. There has not even been any trace of his claimed business enterprise in United Kingdom.

Bangladeshi users of Facebook as well as people in the entertainment industry are warned to be cautious while being contacted by any such individuals and before falling into their traps, they are suggested to check the legitimacy of all such people. Also British government as well law enforcing agencies in that country are also alerted about such fraudulent and heinous activities of their nationals, who are making false pretention with the nasty desire of ruining lives of foreign girls and females.
