From this latest information, it is observed that the hacker which tried to hack into Weekly Blitz site was none but the owner of the Internet Service Provider as the Host ID and IP address are identical. Earlier, hackers from Saudi Arabia and Canada tried to hack into Weekly Blitz site. It happened first from Saudi Arabia! After the news about Islamist militancy group Hizbut Towhid was published in our newspaper, a hacker from Saudi Arabia attempted to hack on our site on January 22, 2010 at 22:32:35 hours. This hacker tried to hack into Weekly Blitz site from a computer with IP address 94.98.241.198, The host was 94.98.241.198.dynamic.saudi.net.sa. Then the second attempts took place on February 21, 2010 between 06:18:17 to 06:18:32 hours. This multiple hack attempt took place from Canada from a computer with IP address 216.121.194.134. Host d216-121-194-134.home3.cgocable.net. Hacking attempt on any newspaper site or website is illegal and punishable offense. Weekly Blitz wishes to draw the attention of law enforcing agencies in Canada to this criminal offense and wishes that immediate actions will be taken in this regard. For obvious reason, we do not expect any action from Saudi authorities, as it already considers Weekly Blitz as a 'Voice of Zionists'. In common usage, a hacker is a person who breaks into computers, usually by gaining access to administrative controls. The subculture that has evolved around hackers is often referred to as the computer underground. Proponents claim to be motivated by artistic and political ends, and are often unconcerned about the use of illegal means to achieve them. Other uses of the word hacker exist that are not related to computer security [computer programmer and home computer hobbyists], but these are rarely used by the mainstream media. Some would argue that the people that are now considered hackers are not hackers, as before the media described the person who breaks into computers as a hacker there was a hacker community. This community was a community of people who had a large interest in computer programming, often creating open source software. From its inception, Weekly Blitz takes a strong stand against Islamist militancy and radical Islam including notorious terror outfits like Al Qaida, Hizbut Tahrir, Hizbut Towhid etc. For past several weeks, several emails were received by Weekly Blitz from various members of Hizbut Towhid, with threatening messages of withdrawing the information on the activities of this group from our newspaper's online edition. It is anticipated that, above hacking attempts might be done by any of the notorious Islamist groups such as Hizbut Towhid, Hizbut Tahrir or Al Qaida. Notorious Islamist militancy group, Hizbut Towhid continues to spread religious hatred and gives provocations to Jihad through a book named 'Dajjal', written by Bayejib Khan Panni. Hackers from various countries are making frantic attempt to hack the Weekly Blitz site since the newspaper turned extremely influential in the Muslim world.
