LATEST: FOLLOWING THE DEFEAT OF ARGENTINE TEAM, A FAN IN BANGLADESHI CAPITAL DHAKA DIED OF CARDIAC ARREST ON SATURDAY EVENING. MIZANUR RAHMAN, AN EXECUTIVE WITH A PRIVATE COMPANY WAS RUSHED TO HOSPITAL WITH SEVERE CHEST PAIN WHEN HIS TEAM WAS OUSTED FROM THE FIFA CUP 2010.

Germany had a tremendous victory in the FIFA Cup Soccer 2010 by defeating Argentina with 4-0 goals.

German victory in today's match shocked millions of Argentine supporters in the world, including many in Bangladesh. Angry supporters of Argentina burnt potraits of Maradona after the defeat. While supporters of German team brought out joyous procession in various towns and cities in Bangladesh chanting slogans - "Bravo Germany"!

Many of the supporters of German team are now seeing their team's victory in the final match.

Both Argentina and Brazil have millions of supporters in Bangladesh, while there is significant number of fans of German football team in the country. But the ouster of both favorite teams from the FIFA Cup 2010 will possibly decrease importance of the remaining matches in Bangladesh.

Argentina fans alleged Diego Maradona for the defeat of their favorite team in the FIFA Cup 2010. "He was a burden for the team and was always putting mental pressure on the players", said a fan.

Meanwhile, Bangladeshi government is facing the worst ever challenge of ensuring uninterrupted power supply during the matches as the country suffers from acute power crisis for past several years.
