You are quite right when you say that Arab democracy will not happen! Even the Muslim countries that have so called democratic governments are very ,very corrupt and really have made very little social and economic progress apart from an exploding population! A benign Dictator,vis a vis, Macarthur in Japan, may make a difference but humans are so easily turned from their original good intentions once they have power! A good example is Napolean Bonaparte. I am afraid all is lost for the Muslim countries, now and in the future!
