Reader comment on: Facebook blocked in Bangladesh

I have noticed that many religious factions use our free nations ideas, tools and laws to first promote their ideologies. They will scream foul, and a violations of their rights when ever these positions serve their interests. Than at some point when they feel secure they move in to do to others pretty much in the way they screamed foul about. Social networks are our modern communication tools. These forms of sharing began with talking, moved to drums in the distance, the written languages. All of this a natural progression. And when a government moves to stop this network it is just old handed tactics of oppression.
