Civil cases and Criminal cases are completely seperate. It doesnt matter what the victim thinks at this point. He deserves to rot in jail. He is a very sick person who never owned up to the crime he commited. If it were a regular person it would have never gone on this long. It would have been settled years ago. To defend the rape of a 13-year old girl is sick on your part.
