I am retired BG, USA. Dr. Ali served as my Surgeon Gen. in the TN NG. He is retired BG, TN State Guard. He and wife, Dr. Maysoon own Waverly Clinic in Waverly, TN for 35 years and children attended public and Catholic schools. Friends of ours for 18 years and visit regularly. Son Khalid programs Mars Rover for last five years and kept it alive 4 years longer than projected. Daughter Dr. Yasmine Ali is cardiologist at Meharry College, Nashville. Gen. Colin Powell and Tom Brokaw were two of interviewers for MS. Ali prior to being name a fellow.
