Biden’s confirmation in the US Congress, anarchism at Capitol and Donald Trump being banned by the social media shall invariably make Iranian regime and their notorious Al Quds Force members extremely delighted. They must have started celebrating. But such possible celebration is also giving an disturbing signal of Iran’s plot of possibly declaring bounty on Donald Trump, members of his administration as well as Israeli leadership, who were behind the killing of Iranian general Qassem Soleimani.
According to a report published in the Middle East Eye, Brigadier General Esmail Qaani, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) Quds Force, has said that those responsible for the killing of Iranian general Qassem Soleimani should learn to live secretly like the British Indian writer Salman Rushdie.
It should be mentioned here that, Salman Rushdie has been living under police protection since 1989, after Iran’s first Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini issued a fatwa against him, giving permission to his followers to kill Rushdie because of his book The Satanic Verses. Members of Iranian secret service as well as assassins of Quds Force are trying to implement the order of Khomeini by murdering Salman Susghdie.
Iranian newspaper the Kayhan daily reported that in a meeting with Iranian lawmakers, Qanni of Quds Force said that Iran’s revenge for the assassination of Soleimani was yet to come, and that he had suggested that “all those responsible in the terror of Soleimani would be better of learning to live secretly like Salman Rushdie”.
A Twitter account affiliated to Qaani’s supporters, which publishes his comments and news about his activities, also quoted him as saying: “We warn the US president, the head of the CIA, the defense minister, the secretary of state and all other American officials who played a role in the terror of the martyr Soleimani that they would be better learn the secretive lifestyle that Salman Rushdie has”.
Although the above tweet was removed by Twitter, the tech giant did not ban the account (https://twitter.com/EsQaani) despite the fact – it has been inciting violence and terrorism on a regular basis.
Here is my question. As Twitter has banned US President Donald Trump for life from using this platform citing Trump using his Twitter accounts for inciting riot – why in the world this American tech giant is allowing enemies of the US in continuing terrorist propaganda on it? Allowing any user in openly leaving threats to the US president and members of his administration along with CIA, the defense minister, the secretary of state and all other American officials is an act of high treason. Such acts can also be considered as abetting terrorism against the United States of America.
