The jihad terrorist Junaid Sehrai was top commander of the Islamic terrorist outfit Hizbul Mujahideen; he has just been killed by the Indian army. Another jihad terrorist who was an associate of Sehrai was also killed by security forces.
After the killing of the jihad terrorist Riyaz Naikoo, who was the chief of Hizbul Mujahideen, this is another big victory for Indian security forces. Also, Indian security forces killed two close associates of Riyaz Naikoo in the Doda region of Jammu & Kashmir state; the jihad terrorists identified as Tahir from Pulwama and Maqsood Ahmed from Doda. Last week, Indian security forces also killed Zhaoor Wani, a top terrorist of another jihad group, Laskhar-e-Tayyiba, in the Budgam district of Kashmir; four of his associates were arrested.
Sehrai was very active in the Kashmir valley; he joined the terrorist organization two years ago. The most important thing about Sehrai is that he was the son of the Kashmir separatist leader Ashraf Sehrai. The first thing came to our mind: what is the role of the separatists in the Kashmir valley? The answer is that they are masquerading as the saviors of the Kashmir valley, but in reality, have done nothing for the development of the region.
