Today, the general index of the Qatar Stock Exchange rose 98.71 points, or 1.01%, to reach the level of 9,876.98 points.
During today’s session, 178 million and 288 thousand and 18 shares were traded, with a value of 443 million, 362 thousand and 629,588 riyals, as a result of the implementation of 18,336 transactions in all sectors.
Shares of 32 companies rose in the session, while the prices of 15 other companies decreased, while two companies maintained their previous closing price.
The market capitalization, at the end of the trading session, amounted to 571 billion and 133 million and 661 thousand and 777,590 riyals, compared to 564 billion and 65 million and 150 thousand and 432,960 riyals, in the previous session.
