Following publication of an exclusive report titled ‘Enemies of Bangladesh caught red-handed’ in BLiTZ, which had exposed nefarious propaganda of anti-Bangladesh elements who had published a propaganda stuff on an obscure website named Sri Lanka Guardian, one of the leading pro-Jamaat-e-Islami propagandists Pinaki Bhattacharya has come up with a post on his Facebook proving Interpol-wanted convicted terror-funder Shahid Uddin Khan, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami, and kingpins of extortion racket named ‘Nagorik TV’ namely Tito Rahman and Nazmus Saquib were actively involved in this bogus propaganda stuff, which was published with the notorious agenda of misleading people and defaming ruling Awami League. Pinaki Bhattacharya fled Bangladesh when his criminal activities came under the radar of law enforcement agencies. It may be mentioned here that, following publication of our report titled ‘Enemies of Bangladesh caught red-handed’ criminals of ‘Nagorik TV’ extortion gang quickly deleted the post where it had shared the Sri Lanka Guardian propaganda stuff. Zulkarnaik Saer Khan Sami shared this bogus story on his Facebook profile on October 15, 2022.

Sri Lanka Guardian website also has removed the bogus propaganda stuff and published an apology on October 19, 2022 stating:

Regarding Bangladesh and its current government, it has been confirmed that there were many flaws in the two reports, first India’s Top Spy Agency Forms New Brigade to Protect Sheikh Hasina and second Bangladesh: True Architects of Brigade75, published by Sri Lanka Guardian a few days ago. Accordingly, as a media organization that respects people’s right to information and truth-based journalism, we have decided to remove them. We express our deep regret if any party has to face any inconvenience due to the contents of those two reports. Responsibility is not our choice but habit.

As Sri Lanka Guardian has apologized for publishing these bogus contents, it is now their responsibility to let people know the identity of the source of these bogus reports. They need to tell, who were the authors of these contents, and what are their contact details as well as the IP number they had used for sending it.

Disturbing fact about Sri Lanka Guardian

Indian news portal The Eastern Herald and our investigators have already unearthed shocking information about Sri Lanka Guardian, which evidently proves, this website is a frontline propaganda vessel of global terrorist outfit Al Qaeda and Sri Lanka’s Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). Dozens of articles and propaganda stuff in favor of LTTE are available on Sri Lanka Guardian website, while we are presenting only a few of them HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE.

It means, elements behind publication of of the above-mention anti-Bangladesh propaganda contents, such as Zaulkaranain Saer Khan Sami and ‘Nagorik TV’ extortion machine are certainly having discrete connections both with Al Qaeda and LTTE.

According to information, Sri Lanka Guardian domain was purchased on January 22, 2015 and the first content was posted on this website on January 28, 2015. This website has hosting arrangement with Site Ground. So, the claim by Sri Lanka Guardian of being launched in 2007 is false.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh and Indian authorities should investigate the matter and identify the culprits behind these Sri Lanka Guardian bogus contents. To our understanding, Sri Lanka Guardian is fully aware of the actual identity of the author or authors of these stuff and they should now reveal this information to the authorities concerned.

Who is Pinaki Bhattacharya?

Pinaki Bhattacharya, a diehard activist of Jamaat-e-Islami converted into Islam and emerged as a diehard propagandist of Jamaat. As evil attempt of anti-Bangladesh cyberterrorists was totally foiled through BLiTZ report, Pinaki in his Facebook post made frantic bids in hiding their crime and involvement of anti-Bangladesh elements behind the Sri Lanka Guardian bogus story.

According to credible sources, years ago, Pinaki, a diehard anti-India individual was hired by Pakistani spy agency Inter Service Intelligence (ISI) for running propaganda against India and inciting anti-India sentiment in Bangladesh. He has been categorically active in running propaganda offensives against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Other targets of Pinaki Bhattacharya are the United States, Israel, Britain, European Union and secularist forces. Pinaki has also been supportive to Pakistan-sponsored terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir as well as other parts of India. He has been one of the defenders of the Afghan Taliban.

According to an Indian website, a self-proclaimed activist Pinaki Bhattacharya is anti-Hindu and anti-India extremist. He has been regularly publishing contents defaming Hindu religion.

It said, Pinaki became popular amongst radical Muslims and anti-India and anti-Hindu bloc in Bangladesh for his jihadist and anti-India publications. He persuaded Bangladeshi Muslims to wage jihad against the Hindus and join jihadist forces in Jammu and Kashmir in India.

In Bangladesh, Pinaki was accused of selling counterfeit medicines and sexual drugs. Under the garb of a pharmaceutical company, Pinaki Bhattacharya was also involved in producing Yaba, which is a combination of methamphetamine (a powerful and addictive stimulant) and caffeine. According to information, Pinaki has been selling Yaba to Lebanese Hezbollah as well as other terrorist groups in the Middle East through infamous Dawood Ibrahim’s D Company.

It may be mentioned here that, immediately after publication of the bogus report in Sri Lanka Guardian, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami, Shahid Uddin Khan, ‘Nagorik TV’ extortion racket and other cyberterrorists started sharing it on their social media profiles with the notorious agenda of spreading to a large number of people. But they did not know, investigative reporters of BLiTZ are always closely monitoring such evil actions of these enemies of Bangladesh. Due to our continuous exposures, these gang of anti-Bangladesh forces have started false propaganda using nasty language targeting BLiTZ, its editor Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury and other reporters of this widely circulated and esteemed publication.

It was earlier reported the evil nexus of anti-Bangladesh elements, including Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami, Interpol-wanted terror-funder Shahid Uddin Khan and cyber-terror & extortion machine ‘Nagorik TV’ were caught red-handed when they began circulating a propaganda stuff published in an obscure website named ‘Sri Lanka Guardian’.

The propaganda stuff though appears in the byline of “Aniruddh Patel”, where he is introduced as “a political analyst who has advised many south Asian countries on National security and intelligence issues”, anyone with elementary knowledge on journalism would quickly understand, this name and identity of the write is absolutely false. Moreover, this so-called ‘Aniruddh Patel’ claiming to be adviser to many South Asian nations has no existence on the web, except for this only “article” published in the obscure website, which although claims to be registered in Sri Lanka, people shown on its website as editors are residing in other countries. There is no physical address or phone number of this website placing it into the same shoes of propaganda sites of banned militancy outfits.

Our reporters began investigating the root of this propaganda stuff. First of all, it was revealed – immediately after publication of it in the obscure website, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami, Interpol-wanted terror-funder Shahid Uddin Khan and cyber-terror & extortion machine ‘Nagorik TV’ started frantic bids in circulating and spreading the content with the ulterior motive of generating confusion and doubts in the minds of the people in Bangladesh.

Careful scrutiny of this “article” proves, people behind this was particularly interested in highlighting a particular terminology which has been repeated into this propaganda stuff for more than 8 times. This certainly is not a work of any skilled writer or journalist. Instead, it must have been written by someone with knowledge of preparing propaganda leaflets. Meaning, this “article” is a joint creation of BNP leader Mahmudur Rahman, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami, and Interpol-wanted terror-funder Shahid Uddin Khan while culprits in cyber-terror & extortion machine ‘Nagorik TV’ were assigned to spread this propaganda stuff.
