According to information, ‘Nagorik TV’ an illegal IPTV operating from 37-48 72nd Street 2nd Fl Jackson Heights NY 11372, USA, Phone 917-722-1405, with its “Montreal Studio” at 950 Ogilvy Avenue, # 08, Montréal, Québec – H3N 1P4, Canada. Phone 514-500-5012 in a recent announcement has made false, derogatory, and extremely offensive comments about internationally acclaimed anti-militancy journalist and editor of BLiTZ Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury, while one of the two kingpins of this crime-broadcast network, Nazmus Saquib, who currently is residing in the United States as an asylum-seeker has threatened Mr. Choudhury through a text message sent via Telegram and demanded deletion of investigative reports published in BLiTZ exposing criminal activities of Nazmus Saquib and his cohort Tito Rahman (an individual with Al Qaeda connection). Under the Federal blackmail and extortion law 18 U.S.C § 873 of the US, such activities of Nazmus Saquib is clearly a punishable offense, while Canadian authorities can also take legal action against Tito Rahman for his involvement in such crimes.

In the defamatory post on the website and social media pages of ‘Nagorik TV’ this notorious crime gang wrote:
“Why Shoaib is not in prison? Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury, who is guilty of various crimes like espionage for foreign countries, including Israel; molestation of women, trying to grab property of his blood relative; and defaming people’s character through dubious portal, etc. How and with whose help Shoaib was released from the sentence? Stay tuned to know. Nagorik TV special report is coming!”
In this post, members of ‘Nagorik TV’ made the following comments:
“Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury is a Jew. He works for protecting interest of Israel in Bangladesh”.
“This son of whore is an Israeli agent. Get him, strip him, and beat him severely”.
“Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury is a Jewish pig. We need to slaughter him”.
“He is an agent of Mossad”.

It may be mentioned here that, while ‘Nagorik TV’s Tito Rahman is connected to Al Qaeda, one of the key agendas of this crime-broadcast entity* is to extort cash from various individuals in Bangladesh through blackmailing and later use such amounts towards anti-government and subversive activities.
Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury is the recipient of American Jewish Committee’s prestigious ‘Moral Courage Award’, while back in 2007, the United States Congress passed a bi-partisan resolution (HR-64/2007) in his defense by 409 votes. Similar resolutions were also passed by the European Union Parliament, Parliament of Australia and the UK Parliament.
It may be mentioned here that, the above-mentioned resolutions were passed following arrest of Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury by then Islamist coalition government of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and Jamaat-e-Islami. In the resolution passed by the US Congress said:
“the Government of Bangladesh should immediately drop all pending charges against Bangladeshi journalist Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury”,
“the Government of Bangladesh should cease harassment and intimidation of Mr. Choudhury and take steps to protect Mr. Choudhury”.
But, sitting in the United States as an asylum-seeker, Nazmus Saquib has been directly stating that he and his cohorts in ‘Nagorik TV’ were “expecting” Mr. Choudhury to be handed life-imprisonment. They even have questioned as to why Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury was released from the prison, although he was released after serving the full term of imprisonment, proving, these anti-Semitic and Al Qaeda affiliated individuals are directly disrespecting the resolution passed by the US Congress and trying to generate public hatred against Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury and this newspaper.

While pro-Islamist Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau may not take any actions against Tito Rahman of ‘Nagorik TV’, it is expected that the Biden administration as well as US law enforcement agencies, such as the Federal Burau of Investigation (FBI) will initiate immediate investigation into the matter, arrest Nazmus Saquib and deport him to Bangladesh following applicable legal actions.
