Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, received a message of greeting from Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, emir of the State of Kuwait, on Dec. 20.
The Kuwaiti emir said in the message that he was pleased to extend his warm felicitations and best wishes to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the New Year 2021.
Sharing his joy with the Chairman on that occasion, the emir hoped that the New Year would be a good year bringing peace and stability to the whole world and wellbeing and prosperity to all peoples.
The message wished the Chairman good health, expressing belief that the friendly relations between the two countries and peoples would grow stronger.
President Sisi sends greetings
Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt in a message to Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea wrote:
As we bid farewell to this year and welcome, with optimism and hope, the new year 2021, it gives me pleasure to extend to Your Excellency and your people my warm greetings and heartfelt felicitations together with my best wishes.
With this good occasion, I would like to express my sincere hope that the new year will usher in a new chapter where our ambitions and aspirations come true through harnessing our efforts to surmount the global challenges and realize a future that ensures growing peace and prosperity for all.
I also hope that 2021 will witness further expansion of our bilateral ties in the spirit of friendship and cooperation that has marked our relations for long decades to achieve the mutual benefits of our two friendly peoples.
Reiterating my cordial wishes for a happy and blessed new year, please accept dear Mr. Chairman, my sincerest wishes for the best of your well-being and for the progress and welfare of your friendly people and all the peoples of the world.
