EcoShumi Foundation man Mru Patel threatens Blitz

Following the publication of an investigative report titled ‘Kamil Grund and EcoShumi Foundation frauds sell Arab royal family members’, Mru Patel, one of the kingpins of a fraudulent venture named ‘EcoShumi Foundation’ sent us an email on October 10, 2022, where he wrote:

I really don’t know what beef you have with Kamil Grund and Jorge [Jorge Sebastiao], but do not make stories about myself if you don’t know me or have any idea about me. 

For facts:

1. I am not with ecoschumi [EcoShumi Foundation], royal office or flash moni. 

I left flashmoni soon after joining serge [Serge Maurice Lobreau] as it didn’t sound right to me what was happening there hence I parted ways for integrity reasons. If I was a scammer as you claim I would have stayed.

2. The Royal office I helped for a 3 month period and left. If you say I scammed them I will have chairman and the CEO write to you and press defamation charges and ban you from UAE and report you to all the authorities globally. So don’t play with your articles not realising the facts versus faken ews [fake news] defamatory articles. 

 If I don’t see this article removed in 48 hrs I will press charges and trust me I am very connected in India and Bangladesh too so will have you locked up for defamation and causing me harm. I am doing a huge ESG and payments project in Bangladesh too so have very good ways to smoke you out too. If anyone knows me and my friends in Bangladesh of 5 years will vouch how many times I have walked away from scam projects. You have 48 hrs.

Our allegations against Mru Patel in the October 3, 2022 report were:

Mru Patel, who claims to be representing the royal family of Sheik Ahmed Bin Faisal al Qassimi is one of the biggest frauds in the world, who is an active kingpin of Flash4People’s FlashMoni Ponzi plans that had already collapsed and the frauds were coming up with new scam venture.

Attached to Flash4People is the OZT token, which provides us with some insight into who’s behind the company.

OZT was offered as an ICO through FlashMoni in early 2018.

FlashMoni and Flash4People are part of FlashGroup, which was founded by Serge Maurice Lobreau.

Prior to his current cryptocurrency ventures, Serge Lobreau was a prominent promoter of the Get Easy Ponzi scheme in France.

According to the Flash4People website, the 2018 OZT ICO raised US$72 million.

Whether that’s true or not, who knows? What we do know though is that OZT is and remains completely useless.

After ICO OZT flopped and followed the familiar “sorry for your loss” cryptocurrency trajectory.

This prompted Lobreau to abandon OZT and launch OZTG.

The transition to OZTG coincided with the hiring of Mru Patel as CEO of FlashMoni on or around December 2018.

Prior to joining FlashMoni, Mru Patel spent years trying to establish himself as a marketing mentor.

At some point, Mru Patel got involved in cryptocurrency, which culminated in the launch of ePropertyWealth.

Our response:

In our report we said, Mru Patel is one of the kingpins of the fraudulent EcoShumi Foundation and this fraud racket has removed all information regarding its members possibly hours before Mru Patel sent us the above email. But, we have preserved the Web Archive Link as evidence.

In our report, we did not say Mru Patel has cheated the royal family of Sheik Ahmed Bin Faisal al Qassimi. Instead, we said, Mru Patel claims to be representing the royal family of Sheik Ahmed Bin Faisal al Qassimi is one of the biggest frauds in the world. The above screenshot from the EcoShumi Foundation website clearly proves – Patel was claiming to be “representing the royal family of Sheik Ahmed Bin Faisal al Qassimi”, and such information is available on his profile on the fraudulent ‘EcoShumi Foundation’ website.

As to his affiliation as the CEO of FlashMoni on or around December 2018, Mru Patel in his email wrote “I left flashmoni soon after joining serge as it didn’t sound right to me what was happening there hence I parted ways for integrity reasons”, proving our report about FlashMoni being a fraud venture is no false. Now we came to know that he “left FlashMoni soon after joining” but he did not mention the date of leaving it.

Mru Patel in his email wrote “I will have chairman and the CEO write to you and press defamation charges and ban you from UAE and report you to all the authorities globally”, proving he has been still using reference of the UAE royals and even threatening journalists and newspapers of banning from UAE and report to all the authorities globally. In other words, he is trying to behave as someone who can use his connections with UAE royals in getting things done as he wants.

Mru Patel also threatened of getting members of BLiTZ cruelly beaten in Bangladesh, which is directly a criminal threat on a newspaper.

Instead, it is this newspaper that can press complaints against Mru Patel in the United Arab Emirates and other authorities in Bangladesh and India for his thuggish way of making criminal attempts to threaten journalists for exposing his criminal records.

Not a word in our report, which has already been published in our online and print editions has been false or fake. Still, as Mru Patel now claims to have left FlashMoni and Ecoshumi Foundation, as part of the ethics of journalism, we have published his above email message in full. Meanwhile, Mru Patel should note that BLiTZ is not that newspaper that would be scared of his criminal threats. We are calling upon authorities in India, Bangladesh, and the United Arab Emirates to immediately initiate a criminal investigation against Mru Patel for threatening a newspaper and would also call upon Dubai authorities to immediately expel him from that country.
