The report of Al-Asmakh Real Estate Projects Company expected the growth of real estate market sales as of the third quarter of 2023, indicating that the concerned authorities continue infrastructure development work in many areas, within the framework of projects serving thousands of residential plots for citizens’ lands, as the concerned authorities were able to complete the work of infrastructure projects. Infrastructure to serve nearly 4,000 residential plots for citizens’ lands in all regions of the country by the end of 2022.
The report added that the concerned authorities are working on implementing the infrastructure works in various government division projects in stages, as the current year 2023 is expected to witness the completion of the infrastructure works to serve thousands of residential plots in the areas of (Al-Ebb, Leabaib, Simaisma, Al-Kharaitiyat, Izghawa, Al-Khor, Muaither, and Al-Mashaf). ).
The Al-Asmakh Real Estate Projects report confirms that these projects will contribute to attracting investors’ attention to these areas, which will enhance the construction and construction work in those areas. Especially for commercial and tourism projects.
The report believes that the real estate sector was able to prove its ability during the past year to be the biggest supporter of hosting major events, and is now working on developing its marketing plans to preserve the legacy and the gains it achieved during the year 2022.
In the context, the volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice, during the period from March 19 to March 23, amounted to 284 million and 628 thousand and 474 riyals.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings and commercial stores.
Sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, Al Daayen, Umm Salal and Al Shamal.
It is worth noting that the volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice, during the period from March 12 to March 16, amounted to 359 million and 90 thousand and 529 riyals.
