ExxonMobil Qatar launches Excellence Program

ExxonMobil Qatar’s “Tamayouz” learning and development program continues to offer an active agenda of courses and seminars to its industry partners during 2023, after a very productive 2022. The program is a major means of raising awareness of the company’s efforts in the field of knowledge exchange within Qatar with specialists in this field.
A total of 38 training courses were offered in 2022 alone, benefiting 714 professionals from Qatar Energy, Qatargas and Nakilat. Courses in the program focus on industry management and operational techniques from gas processing development to well drilling management, fundamentals of carbonate geology, principles of cost and scheduled maintenance, materials and corrosion engineering, and other topics.
Commenting on the program, Dominique Genetti, President and General Manager of ExxonMobil Qatar, said: “The Tamayouz program demonstrates our commitment at ExxonMobil Qatar to help build a competitive and sustainable economy for the future of Qatar through knowledge transfer.”
He continued, “The presenters of the program are seasoned industry experts who strive to improve performance and be able to help professionals overcome the most complex challenges they may face in their careers. We are proud of what the Excellence program has provided over the years in helping to develop thousands of qualified professionals in all technical operations, covering the entire value chain of our industry, and we look forward to continued success in the future.
The development of gas processing and the development of climate solutions were among the most important basic training courses that were offered during 2022, and they also continued in the first quarter of 2023.
