House Republicans has few priority cases against Biden

House Republicans have set few priority cases against US President Joe Biden, his scandalous son Hunter Biden and other members of the Biden family. In these invitations, documents revealed by Marco Polo, a non-profit organization of Garrett Ziegler, shall play vital role. In November 2022, Congressman Jim Jordan (Ohio) and James Comer (Kentucky) said in a press conference, the US Congress will investigate Joe Biden for a series of alleged crimes including human trafficking for which extensive documentation already exists.

James Comer, who is set to chair the House Oversight Committee, said whistleblowers (including Garrett Ziegler’s Marco Polo) have come forward to detail how Hunter Biden and his relatives “flourished and became millionaires simply by offering access to the family”.

Although during November’s midterm elections Republican Party did not see a “red wave” that was well-expected the Republicans have gained control of the Congress and is freshly equipped with the subpoena power, which will be used in investigating Joe Biden and his family, which may ultimately lead to major legal problem for the US president, his son and other members of his family, while there would also be bigger than Watergate scandal exposed by the US Congress on a number of issues that would pave the path to Biden’s impeachment – and even imprisonment.

According to several sources, Republicans were sure of gaining majority in the Congress and with this possible outcome they have spent months gathering crucial documents and evidences, which would not be used for the investigations. The source further said, Garrett Ziegler’s Marco Polo has played “extremely crucial role” in helping the nation with solid evidences or corruptions and crimes committed by Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and other members of the Biden family.

Earlier, Congressman Jim Banks told reporters, “Oversight is a primary function of the Congress, and for the last few years, there has been no oversight of the Biden agenda and the Biden administration.

Some Republicans have signaled that they hope their probes will lead to impeachments — namely of President Joe Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

Here are some of the priorities which would be tabled in January when Republican-controlled Congress sits into session:

Hunter Biden’s business dealings

The US Congress’ first hearing would address the foreign business dealings of Hunter Biden, the president’s scandalous son. Republicans have gathered substantial evidence for the past three years against the younger Biden of profiting from his father’s roles as a US Senator and vice president. The Oversight Committee of the Congress would subpoena Hunter Biden and demand the Treasury Department turn over any suspicious bank records linked to the president’s son. In this case, evidences published by Garrett Ziegler’s Marco Polo will play vital role. It is believed by the members of the US Congress that Hunter Biden’s overseas business affairs may have compromised the White House and therefore it is a national security concern.

It may be mentioned here that, Hunter Biden had demanded commission for the “Big Guy” during his negotiations with Ukrainian and Chinese business entities, while it is understood that the “Big Guy” was Joe Biden.

As Joe Biden has said, “Our son is innocent. If I were Hunter Biden, I’d want to come clear my name and make some Republicans look bad”. In this case, the Congress will ask Hunter Biden to appear before the committee. If he refuses, then he would receive a subpoena.

Meanwhile, a source said, although Joe Biden claimed his son to be “innocent” he is aware of the fact that his son was involved in nasty business dealings using the influence of his father’s office. In this case, Joe Biden and the entire team of Democratic Party will make frantic bids in saving Hunter Biden and help him from skipping the subpoena.

It may be mentioned here that, Hunter Biden has been under federal investigation over potential tax violations related to his overseas work and making a false statement during a gun purchase. But such investigations have been directly obstructed or influenced by Joe Biden and his team.

Hunter Biden has insisted his business pursuits in China and Ukraine were legal, although he has acknowledged his career likely benefited from his family ties.

Recently, Twitter owner Elon Musk has exposed series of evidences proving how the Federal Investigation Agency (FBI), Department of Justice (DOJ), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Pentagon and Joe Biden’s men had directly obstructed publication of information centering crimes and corruptions of Biden family. House Judiciary Committee, has suggested the panel will investigate alleged political interference by the FBI and Justice Department in the Hunter Biden probe.

Afghanistan withdrawal

In an August op-ed for FoxNews.com, McCarthy, Rep. Michael McCaul and other Republicans said the United States’ chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan one year earlier warrants greater scrutiny in a GOP-led House. The op-ed coincided with a report issued by House Republicans on the Foreign Affairs Committee. The report accused the Biden administration of making decisions based on politics and lacking a solid exit strategy.

In August 2021, 13 service members were killed by a suicide bomber outside the Kabul airport, as they worked to evacuate Americans and Afghans from the country, which the Taliban had reclaimed.

“These strategic failures are too grave to ignore”, the Republicans wrote in the op-ed. “That is why House Republicans are committed to pursuing answers to Biden’s disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal.

“[T]he report raises more key questions that require additional investigation, such as how decisions were made in the White House regarding the withdrawal timeline, the decision to pull out troops before civilians and diplomats, the absence of adequate plans for evacuating Americans and our Afghan allies who served alongside the US military, the decision to abandon Bagram Air Base, the loss of Kabul, and this administration’s dealings with the Taliban”, they added.

Biden called the evacuation from Kabul an “extraordinary success”, arguing that if the US had remained there longer, it would have resulted in another escalation of war. But he has been proved absolute wrong. Abrupt withdrawal from Afghanistan has let the country fall under notorious grips of Taliban jihadists, while rights of women and freedom of press are being regularly gutted by the Taliban mullahs.

Justice Department

Within hours of FBI agents searching Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in search of “classified documents” in August 2022, Kevin McCarthy released a statement directed at Garland threatening to investigate the Justice Department.

“The Department of Justice has reached an intolerable state of weaponized politicization”, McCarthy said.

“Attorney General Garland, preserve your documents and clear your calendar”, he added.

Although President Biden has said he had “no knowledge of or input” into the decision to search Trump’s home, it is well anticipated that Joe Biden and members of his administration were fully aware of everything and it has already been proved how Democrats are nakedly using DOJ, FBI, CIA and Pentagon against their targeted preys.

Donald Trump has argued the investigation is politically motivated, that he declassified documents the government says are classified and that he had the authority to declare the documents his personal possessions.

Some House Republicans contend the Justice Department has a double standard when it comes to Republicans, pointing to the Hillary Clinton email scandal and the protracted Hunter Biden investigation.

Mayorkas and the southern border

Republicans’ have spent the past two years about the soaring number of encounters between law enforcement and migrants at the southern border.

In addition to blaming Joe Biden for lax border policies, Republicans also have repeatedly ripped Mayorkas, the Homeland Security secretary, whom they argue has been derelict in his duties.

Jim Jordan told CNN that Mayorkas deserves to be impeached “because we no longer have a border”.

Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., has said impeaching Mayoraks should be a “priority”. At a House Judiciary Committee in April 2022, Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., told Mayorkas many of his constituents want to see the DHS secretary impeached, adding, “They believe you committed treason”.

“We will give Secretary Mayorkas a reserved parking spot, he will be testifying so much about this”, House Minority Whip Steve Scalise, R-La., said in September 2022.

The Republicans’ inquiry into border issues is likely to include deaths of migrants at the border; the smuggling of illegal drugs, including fentanyl, into the US; and the discontinuation of the Trump-era “Remain in Mexico” policy for asylum seekers”.

Evidences against Joe Biden and his family members

All members of Congress received information on the Biden family’s alleged corruption with national security implications from Marco Polo, a research group run by former Trump administration official Garrett Ziegler that documented and indexed the contents of the abandoned Hunter Biden laptop.

Garrett Ziegler said, after obtaining a copy of the laptop, Marco Polo investigators had undertaken “what every single law enforcement institution in this country, especially and including the FBI, is not going to do,” which is compile and release a detailed historical record of everything contained on the laptop Hunter Biden abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop in April 2019.

Republicans also announced that Joe Biden and his family will be investigated for the following violations:

•Conspiracy or defrauding the United States
• Wire fraud
• Conspiracy to commit wire fraud
• Violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act
• Violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
• Violations of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000
• Tax evasion
• Money laundering
• Conspiracy to commit money laundering.
