Joe Biden set to become weak from November 9

As political pundits and polls already are predicting huge victory of candidates from the Republican Party on November 8, 2022 midterm elections, it is well-anticipated that US President Joe Biden and his administration will become weaker from the next day, as following the election, the sitting congress will become “lame duck” and only the new congress, which will resume in January 2023 will have the power to take key decisions. Meanwhile former legislator and influential member of Democratic Party Tulsi Gabbard has announced that she is no longer a member of the Democratic Party stating her former political party is controlled by an “elitist cabal of warmongers”, who are hostile to the American people.

Republican Party, Democratic Party

“I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism, actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms, are hostile to people of faith & spirituality, demonize the police & protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans, believe in open borders, weaponize the national security state to go after political opponents, and above all, dragging us ever closer to nuclear war,” Gabbard said on Twitter on October 11.

Gabbard is not the only politician who has criticized her country’s current political leadership. Since the war in Ukraine began in February 2022, several US lawmakers have criticized Biden for the military support given to Kyiv, particularly at a time when the US faces various challenges on different issues, such as the economy and energy.

According to Defense Department figures, the US government has provided more than US$16.8 billion in military assistance to Ukraine since the start of the confrontation. For this reason, many have criticized Biden’s foreign policy, such as Madison Cawthorn, who on March 16 urged that the US should not get entangled in another war, and Thomas Massie, who accused Congress of spending more money in Ukraine in half-a-year than the entire budget for US highways and bridges in a whole year.

Congressman Greg Steube, who is part of the foreign affairs committee of the House of Representatives, questioned the shipment of weapons to Ukraine due to a lack of clarity. For his part, Mike Waltz said it would be irresponsible to spend US$40 billion on military equipment and not know how it’s being used or where it is.

Despite the fact of current acute economic and energy crisis in the United States, Joe Biden is rigid in saving Americans from the ongoing hardship as because his administration seems to be more committed to protecting interest of the gun manufacturers. Biden wants war, which is the only way for him in enhancing prospects of sale of weapons.

Joe Biden also is already facing questions from the lawmakers for his habit of poking nose into internal affairs of foreign nations. They think, due to such “wrong tendencies” America’s relationship with many foreign countries and old allies are at stake.
