The Workers’ Art Group of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea and the itinerant art squad of the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex gave a joint performance at the house of culture of the complex on July 22 in celebration of the 69th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

Put on the stage were such colorful numbers as narrative poem, vocal solo and chorus and serial songs.

The performers highly praised the feats of President Kim Il Sung who honorably defended the freedom and independence of the country and created the myth of heroic Korea’s great victory in the war.

There were also numbers praising the proud history of our people who have reliably defended the dignity and sovereignty of the country under the leadership of the peerlessly brilliant commanders, recording the heroic epic of invincibility.

The performance reached its climax with numbers implanting the philosophical principle that the heroic spirit of the generation of war victors will be carried forward through generations and July 27, the day of victory, will be always in store for Juche Korea as the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un stands in the van of the revolution.

There resounded at the house songs reflecting the determination of younger generation to perform admirable feats in the work for the country’s prosperity with the spirit of defenders of the great country kept in mind as the food of life and struggle and tonic of performing miracles.

Enjoying the performance were Pak In Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, Ri Hyo Bok, secretary of the South Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials of the Federation, and officials, workers and union members of the complex.
