Saudi national Moaid Mahjoub expresses surprise seeing his name on fraudulent ‘EcoShumi Foundation’ website

Following the publication of an investigative report titled ‘Gang of scam Dracula lands in Dubai’ in Blitz, after Nobel Prize nominee Professor Don Milan Krajnc, who was named as one of the key individuals in ‘EcoShumi Foundation’(Web Archive Link), which is launched by a group of notorious frauds and scammers such as Jorge Sebastiao (Jorge Sebastião) aka Nuno Jorge Da Cruz Sebastiao (as on Cotizalia), who has past track record of series of frauds and scams, including swindling 136 million Euros from people in Spain through a cryptocurrency scam named Nimbus Defi, asked the scammers to remove his name from the website. Meanwhile, another individual named Moaid Mahjoub, Global Director of Business Development and Strategy at Private Office of Princess Jawaher bint Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Bin Jalawy Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has also sent us an email stating his name also was included in ‘EcoShumi Foundation’(Web Archive Link) website without his consent or knowledge.

On September 17, 2022 in an email to this newspaper, Moaid Mahjoub wrote:

Dear sir/madam

Hope you’re doing well!

Regarding the foundation EcoShumi Foundation(Web Archive Link) that was mentioned in your article I would like to inform you that I am not a member and I never give them any consent to add my photo or my name in the organisation website.

I have informed the management to remove my name and my lawyer will be involved in this matter as well. 

Kindly remove my name from your news.

Prior to sending the above email, Mahjoub called the editor of this newspaper several times from Saudi Arabia stating his lawyer was taking necessary preparations for filing a case against the kingpins of the ‘EcoShumi Foundation’(Web Archive Link) for illegally inserting his name. Until the filing of this report, Moaid Mahjoub did not update about the case.

Meanwhile, Kamil Grunt, Jorge Sebastiao and their cohorts although are deleting some names from the fraudulent ‘EcoShumi Foundation’(Web Archive Link) website, they are including newer names on it, most possibly without the consent of the people concerned.

On September 13, 2022, Jorge Sebastiao has launched another fraudulent entity named ‘EcoShuMi Foundation’(Web Archive Link), which is believed to be a massive fraudulent preparation eyeing on the ‘Dubai Metaverse Assembly’, an event organized by His Royal Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council.

In the website of ‘EcoShuMi Foundation’(Web Archive Link), an internationally known scammer like Jorge Sebastião (Jorge Sebastiao) has used names of many individuals such as Professor Milan Krajnc and Moaid Mahjoub with the ulterior motive of giving legitimacy to this fraudulent venture, and it is anticipated that a large number of people, whose names are mentioned in the website of ‘EcoShuMi Foundation’(Web Archive Link) may not either know the actual background of people behind this fraud project or may have given consent to use their names without due diligence.

As the contents of Blitz get spread through all the major search engines as well newspapers and news agencies throughout the world, on seeing the report in Blitz, many people may get noticed about their names been included in a fraudulent entity like ‘EcoShumi Foundation’(Web Archive Link).
