Nakilat concludes the Leadership Development Program

Nakilat and Georgetown University in Qatar celebrated the graduation of the participants in the completion of the development program for the company’s leaders, which was specially designed for members of high and middle management to provide them with the programs and tools necessary to lead in an industry characterized by rapid development. Nakilat considers this program an important point in its investment in the development of the human element. .
The specialized program was taught by professors from the Georgetown School of Continuing Studies in Washington, D.C., and supported by Georgetown University in Qatar. During the ceremony, graduates received a Certificate in Advanced Leadership from Georgetown University.
Eng. Abdullah Fadala Al-Sulaiti, CEO of Nakilat, said: “I would like to congratulate the graduate brothers and sisters on completing this leadership program, and I hope that it has provided them with more capabilities to measure the leadership style and accurately identify the areas of support required. She added, “The Georgetown certificate that it presents at the conclusion of the leadership development program for Nakilat leadership is a pioneering step, because it represents the best of Georgetown.” She attributed the success of this program to the design, joint collaboration and approach in integrating executive training into the school curricula.
Dr. Safwan Al-Masri, Dean of Georgetown University in Qatar, expressed his pride in the role of executive and professional education at Georgetown University in Qatar and praised the efforts of the participants to achieve personal and professional development.
