Russian forces find missiles in Ukraine that can only be launched by NATO

Having Russian troops directly targeted by NATO forces is pushing us to the brink of a world-ending conflict. Writes Drago Bosnic

Early last week, on August 2, the Russian Defense Ministry unequivocally accused the United States of being directly involved in the conflict in Ukraine. The statement followed remarks by a Kiev regime official who gave details of the Neo-Nazi junta’s direct cooperation with the US before the Kiev regime forces would launch attacks with NATO-provided HIMARS MLRS. In an interview for The Telegraph, Vadym Skibitsky, the Deputy Head of the Kiev regime’s military intelligence, stated that the Neo-Nazi junta officials regularly consult with US officials before using the HIMARS MLRS to strike targets in Ukraine and that the US has veto power over the attacks. Skibitsky claimed that the US supposedly wasn’t providing direct targeting information, but suggested that the Kiev regime is using satellite imagery provided by NATO countries, particularly the US and the UK.

“I can’t tell you whether [we are directly tasking] British and American satellites, but we have very good satellite imagery,” Skibitsky said.

Last Tuesday, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, the chief spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, said that this cooperation is clear proof that, contrary to the assurances by the White House and the Pentagon, Washington DC is directly involved in the conflict in Ukraine. The Russian MoD statement said additionally:

“It is the Biden administration that is directly responsible for all Kiev-approved rocket attacks on residential areas and civilian infrastructure in populated areas of Donbass and other regions, which have resulted in mass deaths of civilians.”

Although US officials have been denying direct involvement in Ukraine, claiming that it’s supposedly limited to intelligence sharing and the so-called “lethal aid”, new disturbing reports have appeared, indicating that the US and NATO aren’t only providing their vast ISR (intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance) capabilities to the Kiev regime, but they might be involved in the fighting as directly as they could possibly be. Multiple reports have surfaced that the remains of a US-made AGM-88 HARM (High-speed Anti-radiation Missile) have been found by Russian forces. AGM-88 is a tactical air-launched anti-radiation missile designed to home in on transmissions coming from air defense radar systems.

On Sunday, August 7, numerous sources on the Telegram social media platform posted images showing what appears to be the wreckage of an AGM-88 HARM. As of this writing, there has been no official confirmation that an AGM-88 missile has ever been supplied to the Kiev regime, although, on July 28, its Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov claimed the supply of such missiles has been negotiated by the Neo-Nazi junta. The remains of the missile were reportedly found close to the positions of the Russian Armed Forces. It’s very likely that Russian forces shot down the missile, although it’s unclear which air defense system could’ve been used. The maximum launch range of the newer variants of the AGM-88 is said to be up to 150 kilometers, which would imply it had to be launched from within Kiev regime-controlled airspace.

What’s particularly disturbing about this is that no aircraft in the Kiev regime forces’ inventory is known to be capable of deploying the missile. The older Su-27 and MiG-29 fighter jets previously operated by the former Ukrainian Air Force, which the Kiev regime forces inherited, are not known to be backward-compatible with such NATO-standard weapons, nor have there been any known attempts to do so in the past. This is true not only for Ukraine, but even among former Eastern Bloc members of NATO, most of whom still use many Soviet-era weapons and systems, particularly fighter jets. This leaves us with only one logical conclusion – a NATO member state operating an F-15, F-16, F-18, “Typhoon” or another NATO-standard fighter jet capable of deploying the anti-radiation missile launched the AGM-88 at a Russian SAM (surface-to-air missile) system radar.

At this time, it is nearly impossible to make the final judgment about what exactly is going on. Many AGM-88 missiles have been fired as part of SEAD (suppression of enemy air defenses) missions during numerous NATO invasions and aggression against the world. Consequently, there have been many residual parts left behind after the usage of those missiles in combat. Taking this into account, the possibility of the Kiev regime intelligence planting the missile or parts of the missile in order to draw NATO directly into the conflict should not be entirely excluded, especially given the disastrous state of the Kiev regime forces. In addition, it certainly wouldn’t be the first time the Neo-Nazi junta is engaged in disinformation.

However, if direct NATO involvement turns out to be true in this case, it is impossible to overstate the catastrophic implications of such a move by the belligerent imperialist alliance. Russia has been immensely patient for over three decades now, particularly in the last eight years, despite the political West trying its best to enrage the Eurasian giant. Nonetheless, this event (again, if it were true) would be crossing every red line imaginable. Russia is already faced with the fact that its soldiers are being killed by NATO-supplied weapons and other systems, as well as thanks to the battlefield information the imperialist alliance has been providing to the Kiev regime for over 5 months now. But having Russian troops directly targeted by NATO forces is pushing us to the brink of a world-ending conflict.
