Terrorists plotted to extort US$300 million from Dubai ruler

An organized international terrorist gang comprising nationals from France, the Philippines and Finland plotted to abduct Sheikha Latifa bint Maktoum (also known as Princess Latifa), daughter of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai and the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, extort US$300 million which the terrorists would demand to be delivered in Manila, and later kill Princess Latifa and vanish in the air.

Recently, this international terrorist racket comprising Hervé Jaubert, Tiina Jauhiainen, Radha Stirling and Raquel Marquez succeeded in getting a lengthy essay published in The New Yorker, which is filled with statements of the members of the international terrorists.

Commenting on The New Yorker, Indian news site The Eastern Herald in a report said:

“New Yorkistan” is a term used to describe the alleged biasness of The New Yorker magazine against Muslims and Middle Easterners. The magazine has been criticized in the past for publishing articles and cartoons that many Muslims and Middle Easterners consider offensive and stereotypical. Critics argue that The New Yorker has a history of perpetuating harmful and false narratives about the Muslim world, often portraying it as backward, violent, and inherently extremist.

One of the most controversial incidents that drew criticism towards The New Yorker was its publication of a cartoon in 2008, which depicted then-presidential candidate Barack Obama and his wife Michelle as terrorist sympathizers.

According to The New Yorker essay, top kingpins of the international terrorist racket – Hervé Jaubert, Tiina Jauhiainen, Radha Stirling and Raquel Marquez plotted to hold Princess Latifa hostage once they succeeded in arriving in the Philippines along with her, where she would be placed into total isolation at the paternal home of Raquel Marquez. Hervé Jaubert and Tiina Jauhiainen were planning to receive their demanded extortion amount in the Philippines, where Raquel Marquez along with her brother (who also has criminal record) would meet the representatives from the Dubai ruler and receive the demanded US$300 million both in cash and in gold bars.

Hervé Jaubert has admitted his plot of extorting US$300 million from the Dubai ruler to reporters of The New Yorker. The report said:

“Soon after setting out, Jaubert contacted a lawyer in Florida and asked her to draw up a “settlement agreement,” demanding three hundred million dollars from Sheikh Mohammed on Latifa’s behalf. Because Latifa did not have a bank account, he wrote, the money “should be transferred directly to my account in the Philippines”. He would split it evenly with Latifa and Jauhiainen, he promised. Latifa told Jauhiainen that she had gone along with the plan just to appease Jaubert, knowing that her father would never pay. (Jaubert denied pressuring Latifa; he said that the settlement had been her idea, and that his share was to serve as payment for aiding her escape)”.

From the itinerary of Tiina Jauhiainen covering her travel to many countries to plot the so-called fleeing of Princess Latifa, it can be easily understood, how much of money Tiina Jauhiainen and Hervé Jaubert had extracted from the Dubai Princess. In the same report, The New Yorker also mentions another woman named Radha Stirling, a cohort of Hervé Jaubert, who runs a fraudulent organization named ‘Detained in Dubai’. According to media reports, Radha Stirling is an associate of Al Qaeda.

From the report published in The New Yorker, it is also revealed that Hervé Jaubert and Tiina Jauhiainen were plotting of extorting US$300 million from the Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, which is clearly a serious criminal offense. It may be added here that, Raquel Marquez, wife of Hervé Jaubert is a woman with criminal past.

Although members of the international terrorist racket has falsely claimed that Princess Latifa is still under royal custody – locked inside a palace in Dubai, back in February 2022, Sky News published a report quoting Princess Latifa, where she said to be living a free life.

In May 2018, in a report, The Beast said:

The American ex-wife of 62-year-old Herve Jaubert (who calls himself a former “secret agent” and “spy master” with French intelligence), told The Daily Beast this week that she believes Jaubert cooked up a scheme with Latifa and the head of Detained in Dubai, Radha Stirling—which Jaubert adamantly denies.

Helene Jaubert, who was married to Herve for 18 years and told The Daily Beast she is still in contact with him, said Stirling and Jaubert have known each other for years. Princess Latifa had been in contact with Jaubert for five years and Stirling for part of that time, mulling over an escape and extortion plan, the ex-wife alleged.

Helene Jaubert provided The Daily Beast with copies of some emails between Stirling and Herve Jaubert dating back to 2010.

“The whole plan was for Herve to help her escape and once he got her out the daughter was going to get to the dad and say I want $300 million or else I’ll tell all to the media”, Mrs. Jaubert said. “Herve was just in it for the money. It was a con. It’s a corrupt scheme gone haywire and they hired a corrupt French dude to try to pull it off. Latifa’s had a taste of Western life and she just wanted more”.

Terrorists look for newer victims

As the abduction and extortion plot centering Princess Latifa has been foiled, Hervé Jaubert, Tiina Jauhiainen and Jaubert’s wife Raquel Marquez are currently looking for newer victims with the same plot of abduction and extortion. According to credible source, members of this international terrorist racket are currently eyeing on female members of at least two Arab royal families. The source further said, Hervé Jaubert and Tiina Jauhiainen are collecting information on their targets, while they also are monitoring movement of the members of the royal families in European countries.

Hervé Jaubert and Raquel Marquez did not respond to repeated phone call from BLiTZ, while Tiina Jauhiainen blocked our number of WhatsApp immediately after she was asked to comment on the matter.

Authorities in Finland and the Philippines need to take immediate measures against, Tiina Jauhiainen, Hervé Jaubert and Raquel Marquez as these notorious terrorists are using Finnish and Filipino soils for dangerous terrorist plots.
