The general index of the Qatar Stock Exchange gains 49.85 points at the beginning of today’s trading

The general index of the Qatar Stock Exchange gained 49.85 points at the beginning of trading today, with a growth rate of 0.49%, to rise to the level of 10231 points, compared to the closing of trading yesterday, Sunday, with a push from five sectors.
Figures issued by the Stock Exchange revealed a positive performance of the telecommunications sector by 2.32%, the real estate sector by 1.53%, the insurance sector by 1.13%, the industrial sector by 1.07%, and the transportation sector by 0.24%. On the other hand, the performance was negative for the banking and financial services sector by 0.03. And the consumer goods and services sector by 0.35%.
At 10:00 am, the Qatar Stock Exchange recorded transactions worth 77.965 million riyals, distributed to 37.737 million shares, with the implementation of 2866 transactions.
