The Qatar Stock Exchange index gained 2.05 points at the beginning of today’s trading, a growth of 0.02 percent, to rise to the level of 10,749 points, compared to the end of yesterday’s trading, with the support of four sectors.
Qatar Stock Exchange figures showed an increase in the performance of the consumer goods and services sector by 0.48 percent, followed by the communications sector by 0.23 percent, the real estate sector by 0.14 percent, and the transport sector by 0.04 percent. In contrast, the performance was negative for the industrial sector by 0.01 percent, and the banking and financial services sector. By 0.14 percent, and the insurance sector by 0.74 percent.
At 10:00 am, the Qatar Stock Exchange recorded transactions worth 116.027 million riyals, distributed to 55.428 million shares, with the implementation of 3177 transactions.
