Finally, anti-Bangladesh cyberterrorist gangs have engaged in a competition to expose each other’s misdeeds and crimes. In the meantime, a BNP leader named Jacob Milton, who is staying in the United States, filed a rape complaint through his sister and niece against a staunch Hindu hater named Elias Hossain with the New York Police Department (NYPD). Later NYPD arrested Elias from the New York City.
Within minutes of Elias Hossain’s arrest, extortionist and blackmailer Facebook page named ‘Nagorik TV’ came up with a lengthy chatter-show under the title of ‘Breaking News’, where BNP leader Jacob Milton, Al Qaeda affiliated Tito Rahman, who is one of the kingpins of ‘Nagorik TV’ and his cohort Nazmus Saquib expressed joy and came up with numerous allegations against Elias Hossain. In this chatter show, Jacob Milton showed a picture of NYPD officers arresting Elias Hossain, while he said, his lawyer had taken this photo.

Later, a YouTuber named Boni Amin and his assistant Wahid Bhuiyan presented visual evidence proving Jacob Milton and ‘Nagorik TV’ gang had doctored the NYPD photograph, and it wasn’t related to Elias Hossain’s arrest.
It may be mentioned here that, forging photograph of any law enforcement agency, including the New York Police Department (NYPD) is a serious crime under the US federal laws as well as Canadian laws. Commenting on this specific crime committed by Jacob Milton, Tito Rahman and Nazmus Saquib, an NYPD official told our Special Contributor Anita Mathur, “if Nagorik TV or people behind it has doctored any photograph of NYPD, stern legal actions will be taken against the perpetrators of such crime once anyone presses complaint”. It further said, using photoshopped or doctored photograph of NYPD with the ulterior motive of misleading people is a serious crime.
Meanwhile, another cyberterrorist named Zulkarnain Saer Sami aka Chhintaikari (snatcher) Sami posted a status on his Facebook profile expressing great excitement at the news of Elias Hossain’s arrest. In that status Sami wrote:
“Journalist Elias Hossain was arrested in New York on charges of theft and torture of women. He was arrested on Monday (November 7) local time. Multiple expatriate sources have confirmed this information.
“It is learnt that the journalist Elias was arrested in a case of theft and torture of women filed by the leader of the United States’ [Bangladesh Nationalist] Women’s Party, Nira Rabbani.”

It may be mentioned here that, Bangladesh Nationalist Women’s Party is a wing of pro-Islamist Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). For many years, sitting in the United States, Elias Hossain has been running vile anti-Bangladesh, anti-Hindu, anti-India and pro-BNP-Jamaat propaganda through his YouTube channel. Recently Elias Hossain’s YouTube channel has crossed two million subscribers. Majority of his viewers belong to BNP and Jamaat, while a large segment of them also are anti-Hindu and anti-India.
It should be noted here that a few months ago, ‘Nagorik TV’ crime racket tried to extort US$600,000 by blackmailed the owner of a large industrial conglomerate in Bangladesh.
Zulkarnain Saer Sami aka Chhintakari Sami played important role in this attempt of blackmailing and extortion.
Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat was bearing Bangladeshi passport number EG0092902 (date of issue May 22, 2020). His birth ID number is 19830007842012539. Name of his first wife is Aditia Firoza Khan.
According to information, Sami was arrested on July 21, 2006 as a criminal case was lodged against him with Kafrul Police Station in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The case number 43 was lodged under Section 140, 170, 171, 419, 435, 467, 469 and 472 of the Bangladesh Penal Code. In the case document, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami’s name is mentioned as Tanvir Md. Sadat Khan, son of Abdul Baset Khan of Ward number 3, Rahmatput Residential Area, Notun Bazar, Chandpur, Bangladesh and Dhaka address: Sukhon, Block A, Road 2, Plot 20, Banasree Residential Area, Khilgaon, Dhaka. Following arrest, Zulkarnain Saer Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat Khan admitted his crime of pretending as an officer of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) and cheating and blackmailing several individuals and business establishments. It is stated in the case document that prior to his arrest, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat Khan tried to skip arrest.

It was not the only case when Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat Khan had committed crime by using the false identity of an officer of RAB. A source told this correspondent that in 2005, Zulkarnain had crashed into a private brothel inside an apartment located at Century Archade building in Dhaka’s Moghbazar area, held the brothel operator hostage at gun-point and robbed cash and gold jewelries. He also raped the 11-year-old minor daughter of the brothel owner in her presence and threatened of dire consequence if the matter was leaked.
Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat Khan was also selling drugs such as Phensedyl (a cough syrup consumed by drug addicts) and Yaba (a combination of methamphetamine (a powerful and addictive stimulant) and caffeine. Yaba, which means crazy medicine in Thai, is produced in Myanmar. The drug is popular in Asian communities in the United States and increasingly is available at raves and techno parties) and marijuana and supplying these drugs to various places in city’s areas.

In Bangladesh, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat is also accused of trapping numerous females through emotional blackmailing and later forcing them into sexual relations. He was abandoned by his father for rowdy lifestyle as well his nefarious attempt of raping his step mother.
Despite the fact that father’s name of Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat is Mohammed Abdul Baset Khan. But in his passports Sami has on-purpose changed his father’s name to “Colonel Wasit Khan” with the ulterior motive of dodging law enforcing agencies from getting hold of his criminal records.
On May 20, 2022, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat established a company named ‘SAMS INC LTD’ in the United Kingdom. Company number 13411356. Proposed registered office address of this company is: Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom EC1V 2NX. Main reason behind establishment of ‘SAMS INC LTD’ is to shift his illegal activities, such as drug trafficking, money-laundering and maintaining connections with various terrorist outfits from Hungary to the United Kingdom.
According to Bangladesh Army, Zulkarnain Saer Khan is an ex-cadet expelled from Bangladesh Military Academy on charges of drug addiction.
Case filed against ‘Nagorik TV’ gang
Several weeks ago, a case was filed against Tito Rahman, one of the members of the criminal gang named ‘Nagorik TV’, in a Canadian court, while in the United States, a case is being prepared against Nazmus Shakib, another member of this crime racket.
