The Association of Tour Operators (ATOR) reported on the most popular vacation spots in early March and on International Women’s Day. Informs about this ATOR on Wednesday, March 1st.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Thailand were named the most popular destinations for Russian citizens in early March. It is clarified that all passengers traveling to Dubai no longer need to provide a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or undergo PCR tests.

In addition, Russia, Egypt and Turkey are also in high demand among fans to travel in the spring. According to ATOR, the most budget tour in the UAE will cost Russians 96.5 thousand rubles. The cost of the most inexpensive trips to Egypt and Thailand will be 142 and 149 thousand rubles.

In Russia, they often like to visit Sochi, St. Petersburg and Kaliningrad. In these cities, a couple can relax for 30-58 thousand rubles. Abkhazia was named the most budget option among foreign destinations. You can go there by paying 41 thousand rubles for two.

Earlier, on February 8, the Association of Tour Operators of the Russian Federation announced that Russians continue to book summer vacations in Turkey, despite the earthquakes. They added that the Russians understand that the resort areas are not affected by the elements in any way, as they are located far from South-Eastern Anatolia, where powerful earthquakes occurred.
