Armed criminals shot dead Firoz Alam, a social worker and member of the Idgah Committee, near the main branch of the State Bank in Bihar’s Jehanabad. Firoz was going to the city police station by bike with one of his friend Mo Safi. Mo Safi says that he did not know anything, suddenly there was a sound of chat and Mo Firoz slowed down the bike and dropped it and fell himself. Everyone told that at first I thought that the tire of the bike was blown, but later seeing the bleeding from his head, I could not understand anything. Meanwhile, a high speed bike passed by the side of his bike. Although they could not see who was on it and how many people were aboard.
Firoz was going to compromise
Firoz was a resident of Sheikhalamchak locality of the city. In the same locality, there was a quarrel in a family due to a mutual dispute, in which a young man was caught and taken to the police station. Mo Firoz was going to the police station to get a settlement between the two parties in the same case. Meanwhile the incident happened. Later, with the help of the local people, he was immediately brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment where the doctor declared him brought dead. He has been shot in the head. After the murder, sensation spread in the whole city. Being a social worker, he ran towards Sadar Hospital. Angry people also created ruckus in Sadar Hospital, due to which the doctors and nurses had to withdraw from there. After getting the information of the incident, Nikhil Kumar, in-charge of the city police station reached Sadar Hospital with the police force, he also had to face the anger of the people.

NH-83 jammed near Idgah due to dead body
After the murder of Firoz Alam, his supporters have become furious.
