At the same time, the studies of the students will not be allowed to be affected during the examination. In this regard, instructions have been given to the principals of all the affiliated colleges on behalf of the university. DSW Prof. Abhay Kumar Singh has sent a letter to the principals saying that those teachers who do not do duty in the examination, they will complete the syllabus of the students of other sessions. For this, it has been asked to take online or offline classes. In fact, in order to regularize the session, a program of many examinations has been prepared by the university in May and June. If the colleges remain closed during the examination, then the studies of the students of other sessions will be interrupted. It will also affect the result. In such a situation, a plan has been prepared for the completion of the course of the students. Those teachers who will not do duty in the examination, they have been given the responsibility of completing the syllabus of the students of other sessions. If there is no place in the college, they will complete the course by taking online classes.
Graduation second year exam starting in 46 colleges from tomorrow
The new scheme of the university will be effective from Monday itself. The second year examination of graduation session 2020-23 is to be held from May 15 to 30. 46 colleges have been made examination centers in five districts. In this, 1.15 lakh candidates will be included. According to the number of examinees, the duty of teachers has been imposed at all the centres. At the same time, the examination of the first year of graduation session 2022-25 will start in June. For this, the examination form will be filled from the last week of May. Till now, the teaching work in the colleges used to come to a complete standstill during the examination. But, this time along with the examination, the teaching work will also continue. Nominations of students appearing in the graduation first year examination have been taken till December last year. Due to this, the syllabus could not even be completed in many colleges.

Students upset due to not making model set
On one hand the university has started examinations continuously, on the other hand the students are upset due to non-formulation of the model set. In December itself, all the departments and colleges were instructed by the university to make model sets. It was said that questions will also be asked from inside the same in the examination. But, except two-three departments no one showed interest. Some departments made model sets and gave them to the children themselves. As the examination department did not have any information, it could not be used in preparing the question paper.
