Chance of rain in Delhi today, AQI recorded in moderate category

The national capital recorded a minimum temperature of 14.8 degrees Celsius on Thursday, which is two notches below the season’s average. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) gave this information.

According to the department, the day is likely to be partly cloudy and the maximum temperature will be around 30 degrees Celsius. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data, the overall air quality index (AQI) was recorded at 163 (moderate category) at 9 am.

An AQI between 0 and 50 is considered ‘good’, an AQI between 51 and 100 ‘satisfactory’, 101 and 200 ‘moderate’, 201 and 300 ‘poor’, 301 and 400 ‘very poor’ and An AQI between 401 and 500 is considered ‘severe’. The relative humidity was recorded at 8.30 am.
