Charity boxing match will be played between Olympian Manoj Kumar and KS Vinod

New Delhi, 6 May (Hindustan Times). The World Charity Boxing (WCB) organization on Saturday announced a charity boxing match between Olympians Manoj Kumar and KS Vinod, giving a brief introduction about its mission and ongoing charity work at the Press Club of India.

WCB is a well known platform that has gained popularity in USA, UK, Australia and other European countries. The organization aims to promote sports culture all over the world and is dedicated to the noble cause of serving humanity through sports charity. WCB provides a platform for everyone including celebrities and other sportsmen to fight as per professional boxing method up to 3 rounds of 2 minutes each.

The upcoming charity boxing match between Olympians Manoj Kumar and KS Vinod is another step taken by WCB towards achieving its mission. The boxing match will be held in the United States in October.

WCB will use the money earned from the match to buy sports kits and help needy children in sports. The organization is committed to spread the sporting culture globally and aims to provide equal opportunities to all.

KS Vinod, hailing from Kerala, is an electronics engineer and has also proved his potential and talent in the research and practice of nutrition and diet. He has mastered several sporting skills by training extensively in sports such as Pro Boxing, Kravmaga, Kickboxing, MMA, Wrestling and Sambo. He is the WBC champion and has also won the title of Mr. India.

Whereas, Manoj Kumar is a renowned Indian boxer who has made a mark in international competition and has won a gold medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and a bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Games. Known for his quick footwork and aggressive style, Manoj is also a recipient of the prestigious Arjuna Award for his outstanding contribution to Indian boxing.
