According to Fu Cong, China does not share the views of Europe in many ways. In particular, he does not understand why top EU leaders say that now is not the time for the negotiation process. The Permanent Representative noted that such an approach cannot be called rational.
At the same time, he noted that China will not interfere much in this issue, because it does not want it to have a negative impact on the partnership between China and the European Union. Fu Cong believes that diplomacy is the art of choosing the lesser of several evils. He encourages everyone to work on this.
