Ranchi: After the launch of 80 excellent schools in Jharkhand, the state government is now going to hand over appointment letters to the teachers. For this, Chief Minister Hemant Soren will hand over appointment letters to 3,469 secondary teachers on May 19 at the Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium in Khelgaon, Ranchi. All the teachers to be appointed will be posted in government schools across the state. Appointment letters will also be given to local language teachers for teaching children in their own language in schools. This includes Santali, Mundari, Kudukh and other languages.
Most teachers in Ranchi and East Singhbhum
Looking at the needs of district-wise teachers, the government is going to post them. Under which 779 in various subjects such as History and Civics, 398 in Sanskrit, 341 in Geography, 337 in Hindi, 260 in Economics, 268 in Mathematics and Physics, 249 in English, 232 in Biology and Chemistry, 184 in Physical Education, 118 in Commerce, 97 in Music, 27 in Urdu, 50 in Home Science, 42 in Santhali, 29 in Bangla, 28 in Kudukh, 11 in Nagpuri, 11 in Mundari, 04 in Kurmali, 02 in Odia, 01 in Panchpargania and all subjects Appointment letters will be distributed to 01 teachers, while maximum 279 teachers in Ranchi, 263 in East Singhbhum, 240 in Dhanbad, 230 in Seraikela-Kharsawan, 228 in Godda, 200 in West Singhbhum, a total of 3,469 teachers will be posted in schools across the state.

Leader school concept has to be developed
To give a new direction to educational upgradation and educational development in Jharkhand, the concept of leader school has been developed by the state government at every village and panchayat level. This scheme shows the foresight of the Chief Minister of the state for educational development and the ambition to include the state in the leading states on the educational index.
