Controversy may emerge regarding Dumarkunda Ghat

Dumarkunda Ghat was earlier known as Sundernagar Balu Ghat. Five years ago, this Ghat was auctioned by the Mining Department as Sundernagar (Kapasara) Ghat for one crore, but due to non-availability of environmental clearance, the sand could not be lifted. This Ghat used to come under Chirkunda Nap. It has been demarcated by the Geological Department under Dumarkunda Dakshin Panchayat. Controversy may arise from this. There is a dispute going on between Medha and Kalipahari East Panchayat regarding Badmudi Ghat.
