March 23 - BLiTZ. Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas argues that the European Union should introduce responsibility for circumventing anti-Russian sanctions and using intermediary states to sell Russian goods to European countries.

The speaker is convinced that the discussion of responsibility for circumventing sanctions is necessary, because there is practically no trade with Russia, which cannot be said about relations with other partners.

"VZGLYAD" said that China needs Russian energy resources and military technologies March 23, 2023 at 14:00

“And the question is, are we really trading with third countries, or is Russia using them for its own benefit,” she said.

In conclusion, Kallas noted that the EU is already discussing the consequences for those who are trying to circumvent the restrictions.
