Hefazat-e-Islam (HeI) leader Allama Mamunul Haque is in deep trouble centering the woman he falsely claimed to be his second wife. Investigative reporters of Blitz have been monitoring the case of this sex scandal of radical Islamic leader. After being caught by angry mod in the luxury resort, Mamunul told them the woman with him was his “second wife” and her name was Amina Tayyiba. He also claimed, his father-in-law’s name is Zahidul Islam and his in-laws hail from Khulna district. But, our reporters have found, Amina Tayyiba is Mamunul Haque’s first wife [he does not have a second wife yet]. Name of the woman found with Mamunul is Jannat Ara Jharna, daughter of Waliur Rahman, hailing from Alfadanga under Faridpur district. Her husband’s name is Jafar Shahidul Islam.
It has also been revealed by our reporters that Amina Tayyiba and Mamunul Haque’s family are having deeper connections with Jamaat-e-Islami, while Tayyiba’s family members are Jamaat activists.
According to a credible source, Mamunul Haque and a few top leaders of Hefazat-e-Islam have been receiving large amount of money from Qatar and Pakistan for continuing their anti-government activities. The source further said, Hefazat is advancing with Qatari-Pakistani funding with the ambition of emerging as a part of the next government in Bangladesh. They also have secret agenda of beginning countrywide massive demonstration from mid-2023 demanding holding of general election under caretaker government.
Meanwhile, sitting abroad, BNP leader Tarique Rahman, Mahmudur Rahman and a controversial sacked military officer Shahid Uddin Khan are maintaining regular contacts with Junaid Babunagari and Mamunul Haque. It may be mentioned here that, Shahid Uddin Khan is a convicted fugitive now living in Britain. He is wanted by Interpol.
Mamunul Haque in double jeopardy
Following April 3rd incident of getting caught by the locals from the resort, Mamunul is facing severe reaction from his wife Amina Tayyiba as well as Janaat Ara Jharna’s husband Jafar Shahidul Islam. On April 3rd night, when Jafar decided to divorce his wife, several HeI leaders tried to manage him by offering cash. But an angry Jafar Shahidul Islam has reportedly told Hefazat men that he won’t accept Jharna anymore as his wife as she has been publicly caught with Mamunul in the resort.
While Mamunul Haque is under serious pressure from Jharna of marrying her, his wife Amina Tayyiba has given ultimatum of leaving Mamunul, if he marries Jafar Shahidul Islam’s wife.
Meanwhile, Ekattor TV has leaked another telephonic conversation between Jannat Ara Jharna and her sons, where Jharna is heard repenting for her “mistake”, while her sons expressed anger at Mamunul Haque for playing dirty with their mother. In the conversation, it seems, Jharna’s husband is residing in Khulna.
Although Allama Mamunul Haque’s illicit affairs with Jannat Ara Jharna and his staying at the Royal Resort with her with false identity of ‘Amina Tayyiba’ is proved beyond doubt, Hefazat-e-Islami leaders held a press conference, where they threatened of overthrowing the government for “falsely accusing” Mamunul Haque of extra-marital affairs. They even went further by flatly denying Mamunul’s staying at Royal Resort with the wife of Jafar Shahidul Islam. Instead they claimed, Jannat Ara Jharna is Mamunul’s wife.
Meanwhile Mamunul Haque in a video message is seen swearing on the Holy Qur’an and saying, Jannat Ara Jharna is his wife.
This episode of Hefazat-e-Islam leader’s getting caught with someone else’s wife and later repeatedly pressing lies, even by swearing on Qur’an clearly exposes the nasty nature of these Islamist leaders.
Commenting on Mamunul Haque’s scandalous sexual rendezvous at Royal Resort, experts said, law enforcement and intelligence agencies in the country should take media’s help in fully exposing the entire story of Royal Resort scandal, which can only stop skin-saving propaganda of Mamunul Haque and his Hefazat-e-Islam cronies.
Mamun’s record of illicit sexual relations nothing new
Seeking anonymity, a highly-placed source inside Hefazat-e-Islam told this correspondent that their leader Allama Mamunul Haque’s record of maintaining illicit relations with various females is nothing new. The source said, “Mamunul is a real monster under the garb of an Islamic leader”.
