The Income Tax Department has introduced a mobile app named “AIS for Taxpayers”, which enables taxpayers to access their Annual Information Statement (AIS) and Taxpayer Information Summary (TIS) free of cost. The app is available on both Google Play and App Store.

Through this app, taxpayers can access complete information about their AIS and TIS, which includes information gathered from various sources regarding their finances. The app enables taxpayers to access their TDS or TCS, interest, dividend, share transactions, tax payments, income tax refund and other related information.
This is how to register on the app
Also, taxpayers can give feedback on the information provided in the app. To use the app, taxpayers need to first register by providing their PAN number, register on the e-filing portal using OTP and authenticate their mobile number and e-mail address. After successful authentication, taxpayer can set a 4 digit PIN for easy access to the app.
