In a throwback interview with Filmfare, Kareena said that she would definitely have become a star if she had not left the project, but she wanted to be known as an ‘actress’ instead. He said, ‘This film was made for Hrithik. Her father spent five hours on each frame and close-up of her, while not even five seconds were spent on Ameesha. There are some parts in the film where there are pimples and under eye bags on his face. Had I been in the film, I would have definitely got a better deal, but I still feel the attention would have been split between the two of us. So, I am glad that I did not do this film. I am happy that there was no problem between Hrithik and me even after I left the film. He is still a good friend, I am very happy with his success and we are working on two films together.

In the same interview, Kareena said that even though her sister Karisma Kapoor made a career with filmmakers like David Dhawan, she did not want to work with her. According to her, she is not like her sister and wants to do something different. The actress also said that she will do less work, but she will only work with good filmmakers. Kareena will next be seen in ‘The Crew’ co-starring Tabu and Kriti Sanon. The actress will also make her digital debut with ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’.
