Media’s rogue culture of saving the jihadist terrorists

The corporate-owned media outlets throughout the world are following a sinister policy of hiding radical Islam and jihad. The reason behind this tendency maybe because of billions of dollars zakat (Islamic charity) fund, which is being used by a number of countries like Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait etcetera in buying the voice of the international media. If someone will look into The New York Times, it will be proved that this newspaper wants people to believe that Christians in Pakistan are discriminated against because of Hinduism. The Washington Post referred to Islamic State jihadist kingpin Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as an “austere religious scholar”. If anyone will ask – who is paying these “news” outlets to work constantly to whitewash radical Islam, sharia oppression, and jihadist cruelty; the plain answer would be, Islamic nations have already succeeded in bringing most of the global media into their grips. And, this is the harsh reality.

Just look into a very recent instance of Reuters India report, where this global news agency has called the slain Hizbul Mujahidin jihad terrorist Riyaz Naikoo as math teacher turned rebel commander in Kashmir.

Let me remind, Hizbul Mujahedin is not a group of rebels as mentioned by Reuters. Instead, it was already been designated as a terrorist organization by the United States, European Union, and India. So, it is a billion-dollar question as to what has prompted Reuters in hiding the truth beneath lies?

It should be noted that Riyaz Naikoo, who carried a bounty of 1.2 million Indian rupees on his head, was the longest surviving terrorist kingpin in Kashmir and had killed several members of the armed forces and civilians.

This is not the only case where the media has played foul. Most of the international media outlets feel shy in terming Palestinian terrorists as terrorists. Instead, they mostly term them as mujahidin. I have hardly seen any media report against notorious terrorist Ahlam Tamimi in the global media during the past year. There is practically no news item on Raghad Hussein, daughter of Saddam Hussein, who got refuge in Jordan and has been regularly funding Islamic State.

In most of the cases, there is a growing trend of patronizing anti-Semitic individuals, writers, and even journalists by the international media. Enemies of Israel in particular would get special patronization and promotion from the global media outlets. Why? Because these media outlets are obliged in doing so to please their patrons from the Middle East and the Arab world.

Shall this wrong tendency of the global media will ever change?
