Along with the councilor and councilor candidates, CP Gautam has been accused of not seeking cooperation. The Gautam faction says that Salahuddin Vasi has been expelled from the party for six years. Two metropolitan presidents were appointed in the city 4 days before the elections. Regarding the matter of expulsion from the party, he claimed that he has not been expelled. Till now he has not received any letter. The mayor candidate of Congress held any meeting, never called by phone. He was also seen defending Rajasthan Congress in-charge Vivek Bansal. Salauddin Wasi said that the Congress mayoral candidate did not communicate with any Congress functionary. Neither took cooperation from Vivek Bansal, nor campaigned with the corporators.
The campaign was not done for the councilor
In this matter, District President of Congress Business Cell Gopal Sharma told that Congress Mayor candidate CP Gautam had a misconception that he would win the election with the help of Brahmin votes. He had to fight the election for the entire society. Better than this, Madhukar Sharma fought well in the last election. People sat for the promotional material. But none was found. Even the Congress bag did not reach the polling booths. If this election was fought by taking the councilors along, then the Congress would not have to face a shameful defeat. He said that the Congress candidate sat on someone’s lap. Yogesh Dixit, the provincial president of Congress, was told the reason for the defeat.
