This visit of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has been decided to visit India as part of his first foreign tour of his third term.

According to sources in the Foreign Ministry of Nepal, the date of Prime Minister Dahal’s visit to India has been proposed to the Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India. In this regard, talks have also taken place between Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and newly appointed Foreign Minister NP Saud on Monday.

Prime Minister’s Chief Advisor Haribol Gajurel said that homework is being done to fix the date of the tour. In view of the visit to India, the Foreign Minister has been appointed. He has also clarified that there is a possibility of visiting India for three days around April 28. For this, Nepal is preparing to correspond with the Government of India by confirming the list of tour table sent by the Government of India. After this, an official release will be issued regarding the visit to India.

During Prime Minister Dahal’s visit to India, discussions will be held on the partnership between the two countries. In which mainly the proposal to make two-way air route to Bhairahawa International Airport, 136 kilometer long Kathmandu-Raxaul railway line, energy agreement (Vidyau Vyapar and Hydro Company), digital money payment-wallet (e-wallet) and other topics discussed. Will be At the same time, there is a possibility of giving air route to Nepal for entry from Mahendranagar by the Government of India.
