The Noida Authority on Friday took action against Sunworld Residency Pvt Ltd, Sector-168, for non-payment of dues, sealing the under-construction tower numbers seven, eight, nine in the project.
Noida Authority’s Group Housing Department official Prasoon Dwivedi said that the builder owed a considerable amount to the Noida Authority, for the recovery of which the builder was issued a notice to deposit the dues on 21 November 2022, 27 December 2022 but after the notice Even the builder did not take cognizance.
He said that action was taken to seal the under-construction tower of Sector-168 on Friday after the builder did not give a proper reply.
