During the arrival of President Draupadi Murmu at Deoghar on May 24, there should be strict security arrangements and the traffic system and cleanliness system should be fixed, so that there is no scope for any kind of disturbance. DC Manjunath Bhajantri gave these instructions to the officials on Friday. He told the police and administrative officials that strict security arrangements should be made from the airport to Baba Mandir, circuit house and all the routes through which His Majesty’s convoy will pass.

Deoghar DC said that barricading should be done where necessary. Wherever necessary, dropgate barriers should be installed. There should be sufficient number of deployment regarding traffic arrangements. Apart from this, Baba Mandir, Circuit House and police and administrative officers on duty should get identity cards on time. Vehicle passes should be issued in limited number, which is necessary. Strengthen the cleanliness system of the entire city from the airport to Baba Mandir, circuit house. Complete all the work on time. The DC said that administrative and police officers should complete all the tasks of the President’s arrival by establishing coordination so that the President can go back after getting a good feeling from the city of Gods, Deoghar.
