Congress will not form alliance in Kerala and Telangana
Congress General Secretary (Organization) KC Venugopal has categorically ruled out alliance in Kerala and Telangana. We cannot have an alliance with the CPI-M in Kerala or the BRS in Telangana, he said. Referring to the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, he said, did not even refrain from post-poll alliances.
