Due to which the drivers will not have to stand on the traffic signal in the scorching heat and get scorched in the heat. People avoid going out without work in the afternoon or summer, but this decision is important for those who have to go out under compulsion. Traffic signals usually remain closed for 60 to 90 seconds. This time may sound less but when you have to stand for so long in the scorching heat then it is very difficult. Especially the elderly and children will benefit more from this decision and will be able to avoid heat stroke.
