Scandalous Sami in London on double purpose

Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat, who was recently deported from Hungary on series of allegations, including maintaining connections with drug trafficking racket is now in London with double purpose. According to credible source, one of the purposes of Sami is to get asylum in the United Kingdom and continue narco-trafficking under the garb of a business entity named ‘Shams Inc Limited’. He is planning to import consignments of drugs from Vietnam, Myanmar and Bangladesh by hiding drugs inside consignments of textile products. With such notorious agenda, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat has established a company named ‘SAMS INC LTD’ in Britain with proposed registered office at Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom EC1V 2NX.

Registration number of Sami’s company is 13411356, which was formed on May 20, 2022. But the real agenda of this individual with dangerous criminal past is to secretly work in making another bogus investigation report for Qatari terror-broadcast network Al Jazeera on properties owned by a number of Bangladeshi nationals in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and the United States.

According to a source, Zulkarnain Sami, under direct patronization of Jamaat-e-Islami and family members of war criminals and self-proclaimed killers of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman is already being assisted by another controversial individual named Abdur Rob Bhutto is working on the second “documentary” report for Al Jazeera. Another source said, Al Jazeera is planning to air three more documentaries on several individuals from Bangladesh, which would be aired eyeing on the 2023 general elections. It may be mentioned here that, Abdur Rob Bhutto is an activist of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and relative of Dr. Zubaida Rahman, wife of BNP’s fugitive mini-boss Tarique Rahman.

According to our information, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami, a the self-styled “research analyst at Al Jazeera’s i-Unit”, is also falsely proclaiming as “Bangladeshi investigative journalist”, despite the fact that he has never been a journalist in Bangladesh or elsewhere.

Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat was bearing Bangladeshi passport number EG0092902 (date of issue May 22, 2020). His birth ID number is 19830007842012539. Sami also possesses three more Bangladeshi passports  number B1765649, BJ050260, AC5075647. His driving license number is DK-0014714L00009. His Hungarian ID card number is 000529284. His second wife’s name is Aditia Firoza Khan, Passport number BJ0520244.

Despite the fact that father’s name of Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat is Mohammed Abdul Baset Khan, in his passports Sami has on-purpose changed his father’s name to “Colonel Wasit Khan” for reasons unknown.

In 2001, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat was caught by the Military Police while entering Dhaka Cantonment wearing uniform of an army Colonel. Later he was released after giving written bond.

Prior to fleeing Bangladesh for Hungary, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat was arrested on July 21, 2006 in Bangladesh on charges of cheating local businessmen under false identity of an officer of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB). A criminal case number 43, dated 21.07.2006 was lodged against him under sections 140, 170, 171, 419, 465, 467, 469 and 472 of the Bangladesh Penal Code.

It is also alleged that Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat was committing numerous forms of crimes in Bangladesh by falsely identifying himself as an officer of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB).

In Hungary Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami was running a couple of restaurants including an Indian restaurant named ‘Curry House’ located at District, VIII., 1. Horánszky Street – Budapest, Hungary. It was reported in the media that, under the garb of restaurant business, Zulkarnain Sami was running drugs trade by forming alliance with Colombian narco-trafficking network. Media reports further said, Sami also was running escort service and in Hungary.
