Originally a resident of Mirzapur in UP and currently a resident of Ganpat Nagar in Pandesara area of Surat, 23-year-old Pritesh Rajbhar was working in an embroidery factory. He was also engaged. While he was riding a bike in Surat, he fell from a moving bike and sustained serious injuries. He was admitted to New Civil Hospital for treatment, where after treatment, doctors declared Pritesh brain dead.
On the other hand, after the young man was brain dead, the relatives were informed by the doctors about organ donation, due to which the family took an important decision to donate the young man’s organ. Pritesh Rajbhar’s liver, kidney, intestine were donated. 3 people will get a new life by the organ donation of the youth. Giving information about organ donation, Superintendent of New Civil Hospital, Dr. Ganesh Govekar said that the 22nd organ has been donated in New Civil Hospital, this has been possible because of the brain dead youth’s father. The youth was originally from Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh.
The youth was riding a bike and suffered a head injury in the accident. He was undergoing treatment at the New Civil Hospital. The young man was dead and could not be recovered. Significantly, the city of Surat is now also becoming famous as Organ Donation City. Another case of organ donation has come to the fore from Surat.
