In the general meeting of the Surat Municipal Corporation, there was a debate on the issue that people are facing problems due to the operation of the Metro. In the general assembly, the municipal servants proposed to strictly remove the encroachment around the place where the metro work is going on. After that, on Tuesday, the traffic problem has been resolved by removing the encroachment of metro operations around Palanpur Jakatnaka via Rander zone.
On one hand, the condition of the shopkeepers is getting worse due to the works of Metro. While the business of many shopkeepers is collapsing due to the Metro, the terror of illegal encroachments on the roadside is not taking the name of stopping. Due to which the problem of traffic has reduced due to the removal of illegal encroachments, therefore, like Rander zone, demands are being made to remove encroachments at other places as well.
